For an optimal identifi cation, it is important that you not only choose the right label, but also the appropriate thermal transfer
ribbon. Due to the fact that not every label is compatible with every ribbon or produces the desired print result it can be diffi cult to
choose the right thermal transfer ribbon. Print ribbons are available in many different sizes, colors and materials. Basically there are
three main categories, each has its own advantages: Wax, wax/resin or resin.
