include options for custom garments, alterations, repairs and 

replacements, as well as our high-quality and hygienic 

laundering processes.

CLEAN is more than a provider; we’re a partner. We work with you 

to ensure your workwear needs are fully understood, completing 

a full risk assessment of your working environment to get to grips 

with your day-to-day requirements. We’ll make recommendations 

if required for you and provide a fully costed, tailored solution for 

your contract. 

How does it work? 

Our process is designed to make life easier for you, ensuring 

that you have the garments you need, when you need them. Your 

contract includes TWO simultaneous cycles of the below - so 

while we’re collecting your used garments for washing, we drop off 

cleaned workwear that’s ready to go. You’re never left in the lurch 

with the CLEAN approach! 

Getting you up and running 

Our setup process is quick and easy, so you’ll be ready to go 

in no time. 

Garments are collected weekly or as agreed in contract 

Garments are scanned into the laundry using a barcoding system 

All workwear is processed, sorted and segregated by type

Most of our garments can be customised to your specification, 

whether you’re looking for a company logo, department name, job 

title or name tag. Logos can either be heat sealed or embroidered, 

and they can be fixed almost anywhere on the garment - from the 

sleeves and torso to the pockets. 

Locker Valet Service 

Save time, money, space and hassle with our personal locker valet 

service. We eliminate the risk of theft and damage by ensuring that 

garments are organised in clean, safe lockers whenever they’re 

needed. Our drivers deliver personal garments to each wearer’s 

locker, so your employees are never without. 

Floor Protection Mats 

From keeping staff and customers safe, to maintaining a clean 

working environment, floor protection and dust control mats are 

an important service for any business. That’s why we offer regular 

collection, cleaning and delivery for floor mats, ensuring that your 

business always puts its best foot forward. 

Washroom and Hygiene Services 

Make sure your facilities are well-maintained and stocked up with 

our washroom services. Our range of equipment and consumables 

includes roller towels, hand dryers, soap dispensers, sanitising 

systems and more, offering attractive and energy efficient functions 

that are suited to your premises. 

Launder Only Service* 

Prefer to use your own workwear, but need the services of a reliable 

laundry? Our ‘Launder Only’ service may be for you, allowing you to 

benefit from a laundry service having bought your own garments. 

Experience our expert cleaning, quality control and delivery services 

without renting. 

*Additional service changes e.g. repairs are applicable. The launder only service is only available when garments are known to 

be industrially launderable. If unknown, wash tests will be required.

An arc flash is an electric discharge that travels through the 

air between conductors, or from a conductor to a ground. The 

arc flash can occur in many industrial and electricity generation 

environments, causing severe injury and damage to equipment.
