CHAI SPICE MIX:<br />

3 tsp. ground ginger<br />

2 tsp. ground cinnamon<br />

1 tsp. cardamom<br />

1 tsp. allspice<br />

1 tsp. ground cloves<br />

¼ tsp. ground black<br />

pepper<br />

CHAI LATTE:<br />

8 oz. plant-based milk<br />

of your choice<br />

1 Tbs. Original<br />

1. Mix chai spice ingredients together in<br />

small bowl.<br />

2. In small pot over medium heat, heat milk<br />

to not-quite boiling. Stir in creamer and 1<br />

tsp. chai spice mix.<br />

3. Store remaining chai spice mix in sealed<br />

jar for future lattes.<br />
