It’s finally your time! Although our programs have to be implemented differently this year, nothing will stop
our commitment to fulfilling your needs for this milestone achievement. Should you have a question at any
time during your graduation ordering experience, our customer service info is above and we are here to help!
Herff Jones has been by the side of graduates for 100 years. The product offering for graduation falls into 3
processes: 1) ANNOUNCING the achievement of graduation or celebration gatherings; 2) GRADUATING in
your cap and gown, and 3) CELEBRATING with products for the present or future! CONGRATULATIONS!

Use the two-sided Yellow/Green bordered flyer, Ring Package flyer, Ring Special
flyer and the order form to assist you.
PLACE YOUR ORDER in one of the following ways:
Order at: highschool.herffjones.com (if your order method includes a class ring,
please note the order instructions at the very top of the ring flyers. Ring selections are chosen
by contacting customer service after the order is placed Online. By speaking with us,
we will submit the selections for you!)
MAIL your order form, making sure Section 1 is filled out entirely. Our address is at the top right
of the order form and this letter. You may also mail any flyer that accompanies the method of
your order. Feel free to circle and write on your forms to explain your order if you so choose.
Our local customer service office is available to assist you with any questions
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. by phone or email.
PAYMENT/DELIVERY - Orders less than $80, payment in full required. Orders
greater than $80 require an $80 down payment. Payments can be made at any time Online at:
highschool.herffjones.com or by mail to customer service. Celebration items from the apparel
brochure are planned for a drive-thru delivery at school in Nov/Dec (TBA, see back for more info)
Delivery date for grad announcements, caps and gowns and other items is TBA in Feb-March 2021.

GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Announces the accomplishment of graduation.
- Personalized photo cards & HJ SmartShare can be added for a date/time
specific message for any event (see catalog pgs. 10-11)
- Unique design chosen for your school.
- Includes inner and outer envelope
CAP, GOWN & GRAD TASSEL UNIT:
- Measurements needed for proper fitting are HEIGHT with normal shoes on, exact
WEIGHT and CAP SIZE. A head tape measure is included in your graduation packet. Please
make sure you wrap the tape around your head, one inch above your ears, nice and
snug but not tight. If you received your grad packet digitally please measure your head
with a soft tape measure and measure around your head in inches. Please choose the
corresponding size from the cap size drop down menu.
- The cap, gown & grad tassel unit will include all the pieces of your school’s design
CELEBRATION ITEMS:
- All items from the apparel brochure (excluding diploma plaque and tassel frame) are normally
delivered at the time of order. At the time of this printing, with schools being closed, our
current plan is to have a pick up day for these items at your school in Nov/Dec, exact date TBA.
Orders placed with at least the $80 down payment may receive these items at that time.
