Here at Malleny, whilst our Bruntsfield office has been closed due to COVID, we have

viewings to start with. Many estate agents require you to have a Decision in Principle
before being accepted to do a viewing – we can help with this. These new measures are
not putting off prospective buyers – far from it! The market is currently very active. So if

Lenders are beginning to ease their mortgage lending constrictions due to COVID. Yes, it
is true that it is more challenging if you have a smaller deposit of 5%-10% - but, as Independent
