NEW DAILY HI-MATIC
Absolute driving pleasure.
The Daily HI-MATIC features the first 8-speed automatic gearbox available for campers.
Thanks to its ergonomic multifunctional shift lever, you can stay fully focused on the traffic and driving
conditions and enjoy enhanced safety and driving comfort. The Daily HI-MATIC perfectly fits
your journey, with the self-adaptive shift strategy that allows smooth engagement of the correct
gear in less than 200 milliseconds. With the widest ratio spread and the choice between 20 different
shifting strategies, the engine will always run at the optimal speed. In order to improve your driving
experience, two gear-shifting modes are available: the Eco mode, providing smooth, low-speed
gear changes to emphasize comfort, and the Power mode, ensuring the precise engagement
of the gears at higher speeds for an enhanced driving performance. Moreover, in the Eco mode,
the intelligent EcoSwitch PRO system knows exactly when to step in without intervention from
the driver, recognizing the vehicle’s load, reducing fuel consumption and further lowering emissions.
A 6-speed manual gearbox is also available.

New Daily Hi-Matic
offers class-leading performance
Drive it as a car.
The driving position and sensation are typical of a car. The Daily HI-MATIC
features a leather steering wheel, a wide windscreen and window surface to increase visibility.
The dashboard is designed to guarantee comfortable control operation, while maintaining
a correct driving position. The ergonomics of the driving cab space is enhanced by a large amount
of storage compartments, improved soundproofing, the cabin noise level has been remarkably
reduced by 3-decibel, and an efficient automatic climate system. The comfortable interior has
been enriched with a new leather steering wheel, blue seat upholstery and a new textile
foam headrest.
The QUAD-Tor front suspension offers outstanding drivability, comfort and dynamic
response, while guaranteeing maximum stability. Thanks to its geometry, the rear suspension
has been calibrated to control over-steering. For outstanding vibration dampening and driving
stability even on the most demanding roads, a rear pneumatic suspension is also available.

Best in class performance.
The Daily HI-MATIC is powered by a 2.3 litre engine, delivering 136 and 156 hp and by a
3.0 litre engine, delivering 180 and 205 hp. The maximum torque of up to 470 Nm (3.0 litre),
starting at 1.400 rpm and with an ample operating range, ensures the best drivability. All diesel
engines are equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and standard Exhaust Gas Recirculation
(EGR) to comply with the highest emissions standards.
The vehicle ensures an outstanding fuel economy thanks to the choice of Eco and Power modes.
The Eco mode guarantees the best fuel saving in its category, while the Power mode ensures
an enhanced driving performance without affecting the vehicle’s fuel consumption.
With the Daily HI-MATIC , the legendary durability of the Daily has been further extended.
Thanks to the record-breaking reliability achieved with the new design solution, protecting both
the engine and the transmission, up to 10% lower maintenance versus the manual transmission
is guaranteed.

with the vehicle through the DAB radio: it is now fully integrated and in direct communication with your Daily and its engine.

The Daily HI-MATIC combines the reliability of the rear wheel drive with an ample choice of configurations. Available with
single wheel or twin wheels rear axle, it is the only vehicle of its class that offers a range from 3.5 to 7.2 tons of Gross
Vehicle Weight, with a new intermediate 5.6 ton model, and a maximum front axle load up to 2700 kg.
Providing excellent handling and stability, and a towing capacity up to 3500 kg, the Daily HI-MATIC is the best choice
for premium motorhomes, also thanks to a class-exclusive feature designed to deliver toughness, flexibility and durability over time:
its load-bearing structure with “C”-shaped, special steel cross-members that places it at the top of its category in comparison to
other automobile-derived vehicles. Thanks to the 8-speed automatic gearbox, Daily HI-MATIC boasts a high level of versatility

Safety without compromises.
The Eurocargo fully protects the driver and his family thanks to its robustness and brand new
active safety features. The Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) warns the driver if the vehicle
makes an unwanted lane change. The Advanced Emergency Braking System (AEBS) working in
conjunction with the Electronic Vehicle Stability Control (EVSC) helps to mitigate or avoid collisions
in case of distraction. Last but not least, the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) adjusts the speed
by keeping the right safety distance from the vehicle in front.
Top driving comfort, top quality of life.
The Eurocargo cab takes comfort and ergonomics to a new level. Every control is conveniently
placed within arm’s reach. The steering wheel controls enable the driver to use the radio and the
phone in complete safety. The new knobs for the climate control and the lights, and a new design
for the automated gearbox selection buttons, all have improved ergonomics. In addition, multiple
storage compartments for items and documents are available. The driver’s side console houses two
practical bottle holders, a 12 v power socket and an optional compressed air socket.
Top liveability of the cab is a key priority: thanks to the linear dashboard and the compact dimensions
of the engine tunnel, driver and passenger can easily and freely move within and cross the cab.
