The Weymouth Bridge
Hi! We are back!
Since June (our last issue) we have all had to make
adjustments to the Covid way-of-life but events are now
happening again. It seems nothing can keep the Nova Scotia
spirit down and so The Weymouth Bridge is also up and
running again. Thanks to all the advertisers who stepped up
so willingly to provide the means to print our issues.

Nova Scotia Bat Population
Thank you! This summer the Report a Bat
Hotline was on fire. All you citizen scientists
out there helped MTRI capture close to 500
bat sightings across NS. That info is vital
to help us and other researchers track bat
populations and find surviving maternity
Although there are some signs of recovery
Nova Scotia's bats are still threatened by the
devastating white-nose syndrome. We need
your continued support to track bats across
the province. If you see a bat please report it
at http://www.batconservation.ca or by calling
Thank you Jen McKinnon for the photo.
