GENERAL SHOW RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Exhibitors will not be allowed to remove
their exhibits before designated times,
unless with special permission. All birds
must be signed for before taken from building.
2. The card of the Association will be placed
upon each coop, giving the entry number of
Exhibitor and name of specimen. This will be
a CLOSED CARD show.
3. The Show Committee and their assistants
will be allowed in the Judging Area while
judging is in progress; this area will be under
the control of the Show Committee at all
times.
4. The Association reserves the right to put
more than one specimen in a coop, providing
the birds belong to the same Exhibitor.
In no case will two males be cooped together.
5. No prize award cards or ribbons will be allowed
to be attached to any coop except
the show cards awarded at the present
show. PLEASE NOTE: Show will not be responsible
for birds or stock left after the final
day.
6. The Association reserves the right to limit
the entries when the entries received exceeds
the accommodation.
7. During the Show, the Show Committee will
have full charge of all exhibits and they cannot
be removed from the show building
without his/her written consent. Any Exhibitor
removing birds from the building without
written permission from the Show Committee
will forfeit all prizes which may have
been awarded at this show by the Exhibitor.

8. No Exhibitor will be allowed to handle any
but his own exhibits.
9. Care will be exercised, but the Association
does not hold itself responsible for loss or
accidents to exhibits.
10. All eggs laid during the show will have fertility
destroyed and become property of the
Association.
11. Protests must be handed to the Show Committee,
in writing, accompanied by $25.00
within twelve hours after awards have been
posted. If, after investigation, they prove to
be without foundation, the deposit will be
forfeited.
12. Judging: In the absence of competition in
any section or, if the stock exhibited be of
inferior quality, the Judge will award only
such premiums as the exhibit merits. Judges
are requested to adhere to this regulation.
13. All birds must be provided with numbered
leg bands. The number must be on entry
form in space provided.
14. NOTE: Any exhibit showing disease or lice/
mites will not be allowed in the show building.
This rule will be strictly enforced. Any
animal/bird that appears sick at any time
during the show will be sent home at the
owners expense.
15. All shipping coops and crates must have
owner's name plainly written thereon as a
means of identification.
16. Any Exhibitor wishing to sell stock in the
open classes may place a "FOR SALE" sign,
5" x 7", after judging is completed, thereon.
