Mr Rahim Karim<br />
Rahim Karim is the Head of the<br />
Financial Services Equity Research team<br />
at Liberum Capital, an independent<br />
investment bank, where he works with<br />
a broad range of UK-listed companies.<br />
He has previously served as Honorary Secretary of the<br />
Aga Khan Education Board (UK) with responsibility for<br />
the financial and operational planning and delivery<br />
of programmes aimed at improving access to quality<br />
education by the Ismaili community.<br />
Professor Tashmin Khamis<br />
Professor Tashmin Khamis is Vice Provost<br />
(Quality, Teaching and Learning) at the<br />
Aga Khan University, where she oversees<br />
academic quality with a particular focus<br />
on transformational and professionalised<br />
teaching, including with technology. She is a past member<br />
of the Aga Khan Education Board (UK) and Grants and<br />
Review Board (Pakistan), and currently serves as a Director<br />
for Aga Khan Education Services, Kenya, Tanzania<br />
and Uganda.<br />
Mr Alykhan Kassam<br />
Alykhan Kassam is a chartered<br />
accountant by profession and the<br />
current CEO of Crimson Hotels, where<br />
he leads on acquisitions, financing and<br />
development, and strategic growth. He<br />
is actively engaged within the Ismaili community and<br />
has held a number of senior roles, including chairing the<br />
Grants and Review Board for Ismaili institutions (UK) since<br />
2015. Between 2006 and 2017 he served on the Aga Khan<br />
Foundation UK National Committee and was chairman of<br />
its finance sub-committee.<br />
Mr Amyn Kassim-Lakha<br />
Amyn Kassim-Lakha is a senior staff<br />
member at the Department of Jamati<br />
Institutions at the Diwan (Seat) of the<br />
Ismaili Imamat, based in Portugal, where<br />
he is responsible for co-ordinating the<br />
activities and programmes of the Ismaili community’s<br />
institutions around the world. He also serves on several<br />
executive and advisory committees within the Aga<br />
Khan Development Network (AKDN), in the domains of<br />
education, scholarships, health and habitat.<br />
Mr Naguib Kheraj<br />
Naguib Kheraj is Chairman of Rothesay<br />
Life, a specialist pensions insurer,<br />
Deputy Chairman of Standard Chartered,<br />
an international banking group, and<br />
a member of the Finance Committee<br />
of the University of Cambridge. He spends a substantial<br />
proportion of his time as a Senior Advisor to the Aga Khan<br />
Development Network (AKDN) and serves on the Boards<br />
of various entities within the Network, including the<br />
Aga Khan University and the University of Central Asia,<br />
and is Chairman of the AKDN Endowment Committee.<br />
Mr Kheraj has been a member of the <strong>IIS</strong> Board of<br />
Governors since <strong>19</strong>95.<br />
