Editor's Note
2020 is almost a memory!
This issue is a collection of people I have had the
opportunity to meet, interview, and collaborate
with during this year. By all means, 2020 has been
a challenging year, but with its challenges came
victories.
Even though 2020 is almost a memory we can say
it has taught us to value living life, family, and
thankfulness. I am celebrating the success of
everyone in this issue, and everyone who has
been on the Dream Chasers Radio podcast.

Radio Network. August of that same year saw
Tom produce an instructional, reflective
video for Music.Com, entitled “How I got
inspiration for one of my songs ‘Better Love Is
Real’”.
Tom Charchuk was a finalist in the ‘Best Rock
Song’ category for his song “Keeping It
Together” for
the Winter 2020 in the World Songwriting
Awards and also a finalist for his song also in the
‘Best Rock
Song’ category for his song “Waiting For Work-
(Rock Version)” for the summer of 2020.
He has recently got signed with ‘Bless Up
Records’ and they are currently promoting his
music.
Thriving amidst a life-long passion for music,
Tom Charchuk understands the importance
of perfecting his craft. Tom is taking further
songwriting coaching at Turner Guitar
Studio; building on his abilities, immersing
himself in the art-form, and consistently

How do I dare to be different in 2021?
Life has a way of grinding you down. It’s not just about aging and gravity
(although walking around feeling like the Tin Woodman, minus his oil can, is
never a good thing). It’s everything that goes with it. Trying to be a good parent,
taking care of one’s family, making smart career decisions, dealing with financial
dilemmas, addressing health issues, and the never-ending parade of local, regional
national, and international insanity that the media loves to barrage us with all take
their physical and mental toll. Frankly, it’s exhausting.
It seems I have more on my plate every day. And that’s my fault. My
creative side has a bad habit of constantly churning up new ideas and projects, and
I end up feeling like I’m trying to see how many pie plates I can juggle before they
all come crashing down. Write 2,000 words a day for a new novel? No problem.
Do a two-hour interview until 3 AM on Coast to Coast AM? Sure, why not? And
on top of all that, I’ve got my share of medical problems. Arthritis, high blood
pressure, kidney stones, and, as my orthopedist put it, the knees of an 85-year-old
man (I’m in my fifties).
For 2021, I’ve decided enough is enough. I’ve let go of the reins for too
long, and the horse has been running amok. I’m making serious career moves over
the next six months. My star is going to ascend and I plan on rising with it. That
means taking care of myself. I’ve addressed my medical issues and am on a
mission to lose weight (hence, sparing my knees) and be substantially healthier.
I’m focused on getting the sleep that we so often deprive ourselves of, and on
marshalling my time. I’m getting better organized, putting time aside for family
(first and foremost), exercise, and, of course, work. And even though I’m still
going to be working on multiple projects (my next book, a song parody, and even a
film documentary), I know that as long as I get a little chunk of each one done each
day, I can do it all. We all can.
Life is like eating a pizza. You gotta take it one slice at a time.

Diabetes
"You have pre-diabetes" my doctor said to me March 2020.
This is a true story of my journey to beat diabetes, not a gimmick or
some made up story to get you to purchase something, but my very
own story in my own words.
Since that day I have looked into every diet I could think of and I
eventually found something, although it is not a diet but a way of life I
must take on for the remainder of my life. There is no magic potion, no
shortcut, there is only one way to beat this and that is by changing the
way I ate.
I had to lose at least 20 pounds and fast according to my doctor. I
thought about keto, calorie restriction, paleo, etc, but none of them can
work for my condition. That is when I found the glycemic index. If you

White
Michael White, originally born in Massachusetts, raised in New York, and now living in
Port Charlotte, Florida for the past 7 years, has loved music since the age of 6 and began
singing in the church. Raised by grandparents who were heavily involved in church,
Michael grew to appreciate the art of music and foster a love for it that still remains a
constant passion for him today, whether in theatre or live music. Previously the winner of
2014's Charlotte Idol, and a number of other competitions, Michael loves to share his
music with anyone he can and has opened for Aaron Neville right here in Port Charlotte
Fl. He has performed in "Cheers to the New Year" for Melissa Cripps and Charlotte
Players as well. Michael is also 2019's Karaoke World Champions National Gold Medalist
and was sent to Tokyo, Japan where he placed top 5 in the world.In addition, Michael has
been asked to sing the national anthem for many sporting events, such as Sugar Bert

different started out at a very young age, as me being myself wasn't really an option.
Singing and performing wasn't truly encouraged in my house; education was paramount
and the only accepted means of growing up. The most pivotal moment for me was
meeting my wife and feeling supported and encouraged to just be myself and know that I'll
still be loved just as I am. This allowed me to take more risks musically, and put myself
out there more and more frequently. What people may not really know about me was that
I was extremely shy when i was a kid. I had no friends, and thank god for karaoke. Events
like Karaoke helped me socially interact; I found a new love and acceptance in the
Karaoke Community.

Keyon Harris is a Poze Music Award winning
songwriter and recording artist from Alabama.
He has been recording professionally for a little
over 3 years now. Keyon developed a love and
a passion for music at a very young age. It was
at the age of 11 when he started writing songs

I am a 15 years old high school student currently a blogger and hosting the
show as a podcaster Make A Change. Make A change Progress is impossible
without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change
anything. According to me to make a change we have to just start over and
discuss more about such issues.I am passionate for work and give my best in
everything. Writing is my first love and want to make a difference and to
contribute to the society by my writing and verbal skills.The most frequent
question asked by people is: How you came up with starting a podcast at this
very age, who you manage your school and these things? My Answer:I got the
idea from the people seeing them in pandemic suffering alone and getting
