Now the new year has started. I think<br />

the expectations <strong>and</strong> wishes <strong>for</strong> the<br />

new year are great <strong>for</strong> most of us, especially<br />

given the many challenges of<br />

2020.<br />

In my New Year’s article, you can read<br />

Many people probably think my<br />

dreams are unrealistic, but I still have<br />

the right to have them. Sometimes<br />

dreams come true. My dreams <strong>for</strong> the<br />

future can help make my days cheerful,<br />

grateful, <strong>and</strong> full of joy <strong>for</strong> the future. I<br />

dream about a future, starting this year,<br />

where life is beautiful, radiant, <strong>and</strong><br />

filled with joy <strong>and</strong> gratefulness, where<br />

the darkness retreats more <strong>and</strong> more.<br />

Dietary Changes<br />

I quite basically have a New Year’s resolution<br />

to eat even healthier, as it is so<br />

decisive <strong>for</strong> how we feel in our day-today<br />

lives, as we all know “you are what<br />

you eat”, or at least what you absorb.<br />

My personal resolutions <strong>for</strong> my daily I believe I share this New Year’s<br />

life are to continuously become better<br />

<strong>and</strong> more honest <strong>and</strong> loving, both cially because many of us just had a<br />

resolutions with many people, espe-<br />

towards myself, but also my surroundings.<br />

Meanwhile, I want to express unhealthy foods, more than we would<br />

less <strong>and</strong> avoid refined sugar, chew thoroughly,<br />

<strong>and</strong> eat consciously in stressless<br />

surroundings.<br />

Getting up in the morning<br />

I love getting up early in the morning,<br />

of this subject. It was shown<br />

that morning people has more excess<br />

energy, are happier, <strong>and</strong> are more<br />

It is a wonderful feeling, helping others, both animals <strong>and</strong> people. It could be<br />

anything, depending your abilities <strong>and</strong> capabilities. If you give money or something<br />

else to a homeless, then make the conscious ef<strong>for</strong>t to imagine the person<br />

as joyful, happy, <strong>and</strong> with plenty of resources. We should never, in our thoughts,<br />

keep them weak, helpless, <strong>and</strong> homeless. Thoughts <strong>and</strong> imaginations are far<br />

stronger than we can even fathom.<br />

My New Year’s wishes <strong>for</strong> you <strong>and</strong> <strong>for</strong> myself, is that we <strong>for</strong>get our self-criticism<br />

this year, <strong>and</strong> in the years to come. That we <strong>for</strong>give ourselves <strong>for</strong> the adversities<br />

there are <strong>and</strong> has been in life, even if it sometimes appears completely impossible.<br />

What has happened in the past, is the past <strong>and</strong> we cannot change it. Be kind<br />

towards yourself, love <strong>and</strong> accept yourself, just the way you are.<br />
