home into the beautiful bed and
breakfast that it is today.
The Sunny Side Cottage is
gorgeous, charming, and freshly
renovated. Nestled in the
heart of Excelsior Springs, this
home comfortably sleeps up to
six for a perfect weekend getaway
with friends and family, or
a romantic getaway for just two!

ambiance of ideal comfort and
coziness that truly makes the
Sunny Side Cottage a perfect
home away from home.
The Cottage is situated in a
convenient location, right up the
hill from the historic Downtown
District, but also on the way to
the West side of town, where
additional dining and activities
await.
When you stay at the Cottage,
you are renting the entire
house and have access to a fully
equipped kitchen, luxury linens,
HDTVs with cable, free WiFi
and more. Freshly baked cookies
will be waiting for you upon
your arrival (who doesn’t love
that?!) and a continental breakfast
of baked goods, waffles,
juice, coffee and snacks will be
