How We Can Help You Live at Home<br />

• Transportation: Accessible for Mobility <strong>Issue</strong>s (Wheelchair/Scooter/Walker).<br />

• Non-Urgent Stretcher Van: Designed specifically for stable, non-urgent<br />

transportation requiring a stretcher.<br />

• Meals on Wheels: Frozen or Hot meals delivered <strong>to</strong> your door throughout <strong>the</strong> rural<br />

County.<br />

• Home Maintenance: Lawn Cutting, Snow Removal/call <strong>the</strong> office for more services.<br />

• The Peer Program: An interactive program designed by seniors for seniors.<br />

• Care Giver Respite Support: Provides in-home relief for family and friends from <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

caregiving role.<br />

• Personal Care: Assistance with personal care needs of daily living including mobility<br />

assistance, bathing, and medication reminders.<br />

• Home Help: Light housekeeping and errands.<br />

• Crisis Intervention: Social Workers assist with crisis or abusive situations.<br />

• House Support: Social Workers assist with housing<br />

support for low income at-risk seniors.<br />

• Friendly Visiting: Volunteers provide<br />

regular visits <strong>to</strong> those living<br />

alone and have no family. ON<br />

• Diners <strong>Club</strong>: Seniors luncheon<br />

with entertainment. ON HOLD<br />

Fun Facts!<br />

LEO’s Volunteers are instrumental <strong>to</strong> our success. In 2019, over 121 volunteers<br />

contributed 4,844 hours of <strong>the</strong>ir valuable time. Without our volunteers, we could not<br />

continue <strong>to</strong> provide all our programs. Last year, LEO provided 73,698 services <strong>to</strong> 2,174<br />

clients! Let’s break that down.<br />

• 6,629 Meals on Wheels were delivered<br />

• In 2020, due <strong>to</strong> COVID-19, deliveries increased from 358 per month <strong>to</strong> over 7,500<br />

PER Month!<br />

• 29,213 Stretcher Van, Accessible Van and Volunteer Transportation services<br />

• Personal Client Support 21,611 services<br />

• Home Maintenance provided 3,471 services<br />

• Housing and Client Intervention Support 2793 services<br />

• 600 Diners <strong>Club</strong> Meals<br />

• 5,872 Fitness Classes<br />

for providing Quality Services<br />

bequests, grants and donations.<br />
