year. She won it in 1962 with the
old Model Allen's.
This shoe established more world's
records, and many are still standing,
in 28 years than all others combined.
Special Announcement
The price list has been used for 20
JSP^ 8 * months. It was made up before production
started the first of 1962. In the drop forge
shop, alone, an underestimate was made in cost and work required,
plus a new work contract in February, 1963, plus our own slight increase
in costs over 20 months, which we always had to absorb ourselves long
before a new list was made. It is regretful that a price raise becomes
necessary to remain operational.
Starting September 1st, a $1.00 raise will be in effect in every price
on the list. Just A make steel, every drop-forged, figure on heat-treated your past list, product. $1.00 more than it is.
A new printed list is available, if requested, we will send it out.
Made in four tempers: Hard, Medium Hard, Medium Soft and Dead
Soft. The two softer types have hardened points for long life effectiveness.
