BINDEMITTELAUSTRAG │ BINDER DISCHARGE
Die Sanierung erfolgte im Wege der In-Situ-
Bodenverfestigung durch Einfräsen von Bindemittel in das
vorbereitete Ausgangsmaterial.
Das verwendete Bindemittel bestand aus 98 M-% Zement,
Typ CEM I 42.5, und 2 M-% InfraCrete®.
Die zwei Produkte wurden separat ausgetragen. Der Zement
wurde mit einer großen Streueinheit und das Spezialadditiv
InfraCrete® mit einer Streueinheit mit Mindermengenstreuwerk
ausgebracht.
Die Gesamtausstreumenge betrug 54 Kilogramm pro
Quadratmeter. Dies entspricht 53 Kilogramm Zement und 1
Kilogramm InfraCrete® pro Quadratmeter.
The rehabilitation was carried out by in situ soil consolidation
/ stabilization by milling binder into the prepared base
material.
The binder used consisted of 98 M% cement, type CEM I 42.5,
and 2 M% InfraCrete®.
The two products were discharged separately. The cement
was spread with a large spreading unit and the special
additive InfraCrete® with a spreading unit with a low-volume
spreader.
The total spread rate was 54 kilograms per square meter. This
corresponds to 53 kilograms of cement and 1 kilograms of
InfraCrete® per square meter.
