Since 2015, Unexpected Tours has developed innovative and
creative team building events which incorporate history, food,
and hands-on activities. Our creative events are perfect for
team bonding, conference networking, and virtual retreats.
Your group will enjoy small group breakout rooms, try
innovative hands-on competitions and craft activities, and
learn about a particular theme from passionate and
knowledgeable guides.
Best of all, your team will be fully immersed with livestreaming
guides in unique locations and Treat Boxes.
Events generally last 60 minutes and are held in passwordprotected
Zoom rooms. The Boxes include thematic foods,
activities, and optional custom cards from your company.

Our most popular teambuilding
event transforms Zoom into "Ka-
Zoom" with fun kazoo team
building challenges in 2 breakout

Black spirituals and jazz.

STREET ART
Break out your creative side with
interactive street art-themed activities
like inventing a team color and
painting a cookie with that team color.
The guides will lead a discussion on
the history behind street art, graffiti
and public art, tracking the story from
Prehistoric cave paintings to modern
murals.
Plus, see incredible art pieces
associated with Black history,
including the iconic Homage to King
and Krog Street Tunnel, with our live-
streaming guides.

BLACK
HISTORY
MONTH
This impactful virtual team building event connects the story of
Dr. Carter Woodson, the founder of Black History Month, with
Black entrepreneurship and HBCUs.
Enjoy live-streamed visits to two important Black meccas,
visiting two of America's most important streets for Black
history. And, share in fun trivia opportunities with your team.
Plus, the stunning black and gold Treat Box celebrates Black-
owned businesses, in honor of Dr. Carter Woodson's quote,
"Truth comes to us from the past, then, like gold washed down
from the mountains." This event is only available in February.

SHE
INNOVATES
This fun and unique event highlights female innovators from
the 1700s to the present day. Guests love playing "Historic
Shark Tank" with our talented actresses.
Plus, enjoy a live-streamed visit to Chicago, one of the
country's most important cities associated with the women's
rights movement.
The beautiful Treat Box features women-owned businesses
and women entrepreneurs and innovators. This event is only
available in March for Women's History Month.

JUNETEENTH
Learn about the incredible history of Emancipation,
Juneteenth, red foods, and more, with two live-streaming
guides in Hampton, VA, and Austin, TX. This experience has
been named by Lonely Planet as one of the top 10 ways to
honor Juneteenth.
Plus, learn about the history of barbecue as a celebration food.
This is an approachable and engaging way to honor one of
America's most important historic events. The stunning
Juneteenth Treat Box features all Black-owned businesses.
This event is available in select dates in June.

Engage in the rich story of Pride, from the very first Pride
celebrations in New York to the rise of the gay movement in San
Francisco.
With live-streaming guides in New York and San Francisco, this
event will give your team newfound appreciation for the power of
the Pride movement, the progress that has been made, and the
future to come.
This event is available select dates in June.

HERITAGE
The Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Virtual Tour is a 60 minute
experience that traces the importance of Hispanic history
from the 1500s to the present day.
With live-streamed visits to important monuments like the
Tejano Monument in Austin, Texas, and Castillo de San Marcos
in St. Augustine, Florida, your team will be amazed and
engaged.
Plus, have a blast playing trivia focused on Latinx music from
the introduction of the guitar to modern pop icons. This

Focused on celebrating holidays around the world, your
team will have a blast playing in our interactive Jeopardy-
themed experience, plus craft paper ugly sweaters and
decorate their own cookies in small group "mingling rooms".

Solution: Our design team sourced, designed, built, produced,
and shipped a unique custom box with items from Augusta
National Golf course.
Meanwhile, our production team developed a bespoke virtual

Pricing for products range from $25 to $95 per person
depending on group size, applicable Virtual Tour, Treat
Box, gratuities, and shipping fees. We provide large
group discounts for groups above 60 people.
Shipping is invoiced based on UPS shipping discount
and passed directly onto our customers.
For companies interested in a Bespoke experience,
pricing is determined based on the tour requirements
and the Treat Box requested.
