Your requested website domain ‘www.nextratopryde.com.au’ has now been activated so you should
be able to visit that web address as of today. When you go to the website you will find the usual
‘Bugger’ message with the option to log on as Admin.

Once you are logged on you will see the administrator options for the website.

The first Tab of options is your Order history page. When someone orders items online the details of
the order will be emailed to your primary email on the site as well as being listed here.
The next tab is the Billing and Payments tab. You are going to need to enter your banking details so
payments for your service plan can be processed once you go live. Note that your service plan will
not start until 30 days after you have made the site active for public use.
Also on the Billing and Payments page you will see the Stripe payments gateway account creation
tool. Just click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button. This will create a Stripe account for you
automatically that will be connected to your website in order to take payments from your clients. An
automatic email will be sent to your email so you can confirm your details with stripe directly.
Until you have entered your account details and created your Stripe account you will not be able to
make your website active for public use using the Enable App option on your configuration page.
Your Configuration page is where all the important details for your site are stored. On this page you
will find most of the information is preset and not available to change but there are some fields you
should check before making your site public.

This will allow you to upload a new Logo for your site. This Logo will
appear at the top left of all your pages.
Use this option to resize a logo if your picture is too large for your page
header.

Use this tool to upload a favicon zip file. Favicons are the little images
that appear in the address line of your internet browser. They are also
the logo used for an icon if a client saves a link to your website in their
favourites or on their desktop.

If you want to create another just upload the image using the tool the
favicon generator wesite and it will create the .zip file that you will need.
Billing details and Stripe Account creation must be complete prior to
enabling portal. Once these are in place this box will become a check box
to enable the website.
This is the text that will appear on the tab for a page with your website
open on a user’s internet browser.
This is the text that will appear instead of your Logo picture if a user’s
internet browser does not download the picture properly.

This is your Google Analytics code for use with Google
analytics. More details on how to use this service will

If you have a facebook page for your store you should
put your facebook URL in this box to link your site to
your facebook account.
At this time until more theme control becomes
available you can set the two main colours for your
website with the primary and secondary colour
options.
Categories
Your categories on the website are a direct reflection of the dissections in your PosBrowser
database. A category will not appear on your website until you have set items from that dissection
to active online.
To set options for a category select the category from the list available.
There is an option to attach a picture to the category, an option to hide the category and an option to set the
order of the category. The order number being the position the category will appear in the list of categories.
Delivery Fees
An important step you must take when getting ready to trade online is deciding on the delivery fee
options for your goods. In future Webtail versions coming soon will be offering a large range of
delivery fee options using the API’s available from a wide range of delivery services but as of version
1.0.0.x we offer can only offer the option to create any number of delivery fees at a set price.
All you need to do when creating or editing a delivery fee is make sure it has a clear descriptive
name, a cost and a desired position amongst the list of delivery options.
In a soon to be released patch there will also be an option to wave delivery based on the amount of
the sale and area restriction options for delivery methods.
In regards to which delivery agency API Webtail is going to incorporate first we believe that it will be
the Australia post service. If you have another service that you wish us to work with please let us
know.
FRONT PAGE
The programming team are presently developing a fully adjustable layout system that will allow you to create
the look of your website exactly the way you want it but for the time being there are some limitations. Besides
your rolling banners, popular stock carousels, site colours and the automatic layout of your categories/stock
your other current options are to add content to the bottom and right side of your front page.
These two areas are edited with a tool called a wysiwyg (What you see is what you get) These are found in
your admin section under the Front Page tab.

Menu options
Your menu bar across the top of your page is set with this option. Add or edit a record and link it to
content you create on the site, another site or even a stock item.
Manage Content
As well as the auto layout of your categories and your stock you will need to create content pages for your
website. Things like about pages, special product information pages, community pages, legal pages and the list
goes on.
Your Webtail portal makes this easy with a content creator that uses a wysiwyg interface. A wysiwyg interface
makes it easy to create web pages without needed to know coding or design. Layout your pages with the
editing tool and they will appear as you desire.
I can see that you have been working on your About page.
I have left a Legal page for you to edit with examples of the information it should include.

Stock Groups
With stock groups you can create display carousels for your front page and soon to be anywhere on the site.
You can create new groups with the ‘add new record’ button or edit one that has already been created. Select
the group at the top of the page and add stock to that group at the bottom of the page.

Once you have created a stock group you can then choose to make that group the content of your front page
Stock Carousel.
CHECK LIST BEFORE OPENING YOUR SITE
You need to enter banking details to which your payments will
be received.
You need to use the Stripe sign up tool provided in order to
create your own account with Stripe.
