Six years ago, my husband and I moved from Prince George, BC to
Rodney, Ontario to retire. Neither of us were the least bit familiar with
lovely southwestern Ontario. Our neighbour from across the street, upon
hearing where we moved from, came over with five or six past editions of
the Daytripper. Did we pour over those copies! We enjoyed every page.
Since then, we have made many daytripping excursions based on what
business and features we have become aware of within your paper. We
love your “biggest little paper” and are always happy to snag ourselves a
new edition and continue exploring.
Happy 25th! And don’t be plan’n on going anywhere soon.

Congratulations to you Daytripping. I love advertising in this paper. A lot
of people find me throught this paper. It is always a pleasure to talk to
Rhonda and designing a new ad goes very smoothly. Thank you all so
much. We at Westland Greenhouses are also celebrating this year. We
immigrated from Hollland exactly 20 years ago, bought a potato field and

To all the wonderful folks at ‘Daytripping’: CONGRATULATIONS on your
¼ century celebration of one of the most informative, fun embracing,
supportive magazines around!
Its is several years ago that I first picked up your three part, jam full, newsy
paper in Bayfield; on that hot summer day, my husband and I sat on a
bench under a shade tree, reading the articles, passing the sections back
and forth, sharing a chuckle or two at the pieces we read. When I saw the
ad requesting writers to submit I was thrilled to think I might get
something I wrote in print, so you can imagine how ‘beyond thrilled’ I
was when my first tiny article was published in the Dayripper!!!! Again I
thank you!

After purchasing Andy’s Drive-In we knew we wanted to support

Congratulation on 25 years. A real milestone. Daytripping is a fantastic
publication.
I read every issue from front to the back, consuming every article and
loving the statements along the bottom borders. I enjoy the colourful
advertisements. I was at a meeting yesterday and the latest issues were
piled there. I'm glad I could grab my copy because they were
disappearing before my eyes.
