How you can win<br />
a new apartment<br />

How many toy building bricks does<br />
it take to build a major high-rise<br />
residential development? That is<br />
the $550,000 question of this year’s NRL<br />
season, especially if you’re a <strong>Parra</strong>matta Eels<br />
supporter.<br />
Aland, leading Sydney property developer<br />
and major jersey sponsor of the Eels, is giving<br />
away a chance to win a stunning brand-new<br />
apartment to the one person who guesses the<br />
closest number of toy bricks contained in a<br />
replica of its Paramount on Parkes residential<br />
development in <strong>Parra</strong>matta.<br />
“The upcoming <strong>Parra</strong>matta development is<br />
brilliantly located in the geographic heart of<br />
Sydney and at a perfect price point for both<br />
investors and first home buyers,” Aland Sales<br />
Director, Mark Bernberg said.<br />
“The competition is a unique opportunity<br />
for one lucky person to own their own dream<br />
home in the booming <strong>Parra</strong>matta precinct.”<br />
The replica, which was built by 2019 ‘LEGO<br />
Masters’ winner Cade Franklin, will be on<br />
display at all remaining Eels home games this<br />
season.<br />
The winner of the guessing competition will<br />
then be invited to attend Aland’s Paramount<br />
on Parkes display centre on September 11 to<br />
select one key from a barrel of 250. If they select<br />
the correct key, they will win a one-bedroom<br />
apartment worth $550,000.<br />
The competition is already underway, with<br />
the model tower located inside Bankwest<br />
Stadium at Gate B.<br />
It will be on display for the remainder of the<br />
season and supporters will be able to enter at<br />
all Eels home games in <strong>2021</strong>.<br />
Simply guess the number of bricks used to<br />
build the model and the person with the closest<br />
guess goes in for a chance to win. Other prizes<br />
on offer include a Harvey Norman Electrical<br />
package, signed and framed jerseys, and<br />
merchandise packs.<br />
The Paramount of Parkes development will<br />
be made up of 366 apartments.<br />
The replica apartment building is currently on display at Bankwest Stadium.<br />
