Sleep<br />
After emerging from a second<br />
health crisis, I’ve discovered my<br />
recipe for wellness is sleep,<br />
gratitude, and creativity. Sleep<br />
makes us healthy, gratitude makes<br />
us happy, and creativity gives us<br />
purpose. Laughter yoga gives me a<br />
surge of creativity, and sharing<br />
laughter with others brings me<br />
tremendous joy!<br />

Exercise<br />
My 100 year old mom insists it’s<br />
exercise and laughter for wellness<br />
and longevity. I’d add that it’s the<br />
journey too, not just the destination.<br />
To that end, I always insist on a<br />
relaxing view to help me gain serenity<br />
in an active life.<br />
