THE ESTELON XB

The Estelon XB is the much awaited addition to the Estelon

X-Series. Sharing the signature E-lon shape with

Estelon XA and Estelon X Diamond, it is a speaker designed

for smaller listening rooms while keeping the

hallmark of Estelon loudspeakers – the wide imaging,

deep sound staging and thrilling life like dynamics.

The Estelon XB surprises its listener with a very defined

and deep bass, clear and articulate mid and exceptional

dynamics in high frequencies. The Model Estelon XB reproduces

the finest nuances of music, giving the listener

an impacting emotional experience.

DESIGN

The most noticeable and important technological advancement

is the design and the materials used in building

the Estelon’s speaker cabinet. Cast with the patented

marble based composite and designed specifically to

enhance the elements inside it, it is not simply an asthetic

visual element, but one of the leading reasons

why the sum of the speaker is bigger than its parts.

TECHNOLOGY

The 220 mm German made Accuton bass driver uses

a special ultra stiff ceramic – sandwich dome. FEA optimized

overhung motor design with 38 mm titanium

voice coil former guarantees very low energy storage

and good heat transfer.

The mid-bass unit, developed by Accuton, is a sophisticated

design with special attention paid to the titanium

voice coil former and the surrounding air gap to provide

maximum freedom from dynamic compression in

conjunction with the use of a special ultra stiff ceramic

dome.

It is valued for its midrange neutrality, mated to its own

acoustic enclosure. All moving elements of the driver

are ventilated for resonance free response.

The new 25 mm high frequency driver has ultra hard ceramic

dome and no ferrofluid filling. A unique FEA optimized

underhung motor design with vented aluminium

voice coil former and double neodymium magnet guarantees

low energy storage, excellent heat transfer and

high excursion capability for low power compression

and ultra low distortion around.

THE PREPARATION

Each drive unit is “broken in” by running a signal

through them for several hours before selecting matching

pairs of drivers for each speaker pair. When drivers

in matching pairs, another ‘break in’ with a special

signal is conducted. Finally, drivers are fitted into the

finished cabinet for individual tuning.

The components used were chosen through hundreds

of listening tests based on subjective musicality – drivers,

Teflon hybrid capacitors, inductors, Kubala-Sosna

internal wiring etc.

All of the aforementioned is unified by Alfred’s custom

crossover, that enables the symbiotic performance of

the elements after they are carefully tested – the crossover

with Teflon hybrid capacitors and air core inductors

is incased in a separate chamber to protect the crossover

components from microphonic effect.

Get-Together by The Luxury

Network Germany

On the occasion of the Berlinale 2018 The

Luxury Network Germany together with

Pommery and their newly joined member

Nespresso hosted an inspirational get-together

for the network partners and their top clients.

Whilst enjoying stunning views over Germany’s

Capital City from the exclusive private lounge

of the legendary Rooftop Café, the hand-picked

guests could indulge in the magical atmosphere of

the 68th International Film Festival Berlin and follow

from this prime location the Red Carpet happenings

at the Berlinale Film Palace.

The best entertainment and interesting talks were

accompanied by culinary highlights and Pommery

Champagne, rounded with an excellent Nespresso

Master Class Presentation.

To crown the event, the dessert was created and

served by Thomas Yoshida, who was voted Patissier

of the Year. His Arts can usually be admired in

Berlin at the 2 Michelin star Restaurant “Facil”.

The exceptional networking afternoon culminated

in a grand finale with a walk over the Red Carpet

to attend the European Premiere of the famous US

The Luxury Network Germany B2B Get-together in Munich

The TLN Members Community met under

the professional guidance of The Luxury

Network Team for the second time this

year to advance effectively the new upcoming

Affinity projects together. On the top, new

members and co-operations were introduced to

secure a further win-win situation for all parties.

As one of the TLN founder members The Charles

Hotel Munich provided an excellent venue, contributing

to the perfect success of the event.

First the new members Nespresso and

Lohr-Nehmer PR were very warmly greeted by

the TLN Community. The immediate consensus

of being affiliated and integrated into new exciting

projects became obvious at the subsequent

round table discussions. During the delicious

networking lunch those conversations were intensified

and at the end of this creative day the

TLN family departed with many new plans in the

luggage.

The Luxury Network Team is looking forward

very much to realize various „Money can’t buy“

Affinity Events, which have been created exclusively

for the top clients of the TLN members to

enhance the brand awareness and to develop

Host Chinese New Year Celebration

on Superyacht Vegas

On Thursday February 22 LK Property Group

and The Luxury Network Australia together

with Ostar International Media Group hosted

a superb event on Superyacht Vegas to celebrate

Chinese New Year and the year of the dog.

Guests enjoyed Pommery Champagne and canapés

along with a Whisky tasting from Baranows Emporium

whilst enjoying unique performances and the

lucky Wheel of Fortune.

Nations, celebrated a glamorous

Opening of it‘s Singapore Mission

organized by the newly appointed

Head of Mission Ms Irene Ho and

hosted by H.E. Dato’ Zulkifli Adnan,

who is the Ambassador of Malaysia

to Singapore and a Member of

the Diplomatic Council´s Board of

Presidents. The official opening

took place at Ambassador Dato’

Zulkifli Adnan’s residence.

Carefully selected 150 guests attended

the event which includes

over 20 country’s Ambassadors.

In a festive ceremony a number

of Ambassadors joined the Diplomatic

Council as new members:

H.E. Mohamed Abulkheir (Egypt),

H.E. Nimal Weeraratne (Sri Lanka)

and H.E. Dr Mohamed Omar

Abdulla Balfaqeeh (UAE). The

High-Commissioner of Australia

to Singapore, H.E. Bruce Gosper,

already decided for membership a

few weeks ago.

Other than Ambassadors, attendees

include, c-suite, investors,

HNWIs, business owners, key decision

makers, key influencer to

key decision makers, socialites,

politicians and representatives

from government agencies, non

for profits and media.

The Diplomatic Council Singapore

team lead by Head of Mission Irene

Ho includes Christopher Cheah as

Ernest Kan as Trusted Advisor.

The Diplomatic Council Business

Ambassador is the highest-ranking

position a member can hold

and is offered only to dignitaries

who combine economic success

with social commitment in an

outstanding way.

The US Diplomatic Council President

Daniel McKee presented the

Diplomatic Council US activities

and also elaborated on the Diplomatic

Council Advisory & Professional

Services (DCAPS). With

support from the global network

of the Diplomatic Council, DCAPS

offers management consulting

services focused on solving complex

challenges through on-demand,

agile and multi-disciplinary

teams.

Next day after the launch the new

DC member and Ambassador of

Egypt H.E. Mohamed Abulkheir invited

a selected number of diplomats

and DC dignitaries for lunch

in his residence. In the evening

the Diplomatic Council delegation

from Europe and the US enjoyed a

typical Singapore barbecue by invitation

of Head of Mission Irene

Ho.

On its last day of the delegation

in Singapore a formal visit at the

TLN member Singapore Polo Club

took place. A letter of intend layed

ground for a more formal partnership

between the Diplomatic

Council Singapore Mission, represented

by DC Business Ambassador

Georg Diehl, Owner and President

of Frankfurt Polo Club, and

the Singapore Polo Club.

CAEL Launch event in Lebanon

The Luxury Network has finally

opened its doors to

the elite industry in the

Parisian jewel of the Middle East,

Lebanon.

The Luxury Network is a private

membership club, established

in luxury capitals or countries

around the world, within which

premium companies work closely

together at senior director level

for mutual business and client

development. Members of The

Luxury Network receive a comprehensive

programme of new

pre-planned professional business

development activities and

On the evening of March 14th, The

Luxury Network has celebrated

the launch of its Lebanon office

at the French-inspired piano

bar, Verseine, in partnership with

CAEL. The delightful evening was

presented by media personality,

Saied Hariri.

Spur was displayed to greet the

networking environment. Guests

were impressed by the intricate

that were displayed in the

venue all night long.

of the attendees when they

departed the venue carrying the
