This menu assignment is part <strong>of</strong> an overall assessment that includes restaurant interpersonal<br />
speaking tasks to recommend and answer customers’ questions about one’s own created menu.<br />
“Create your digital restaurant menu” (30 test points). Use either Google doc, slide, or PDF.<br />
• (5 points) Create a <strong>Chinese</strong> name for your restaurant. The name needs to show language<br />
and cultural pr<strong>of</strong>iciency.<br />
• (15 points) Include at least 4 beverages, 8 <strong>Chinese</strong> dishes <strong>of</strong> well-balanced categories ( 饮<br />
料 、 饭 / 面 、 蔬 菜 、 肉 、 豆 腐 、 汤 ) and 3 desserts ( 甜 点 ) in correct <strong>Chinese</strong> characters. You may<br />
include pictures <strong>of</strong> food.<br />
• (5 points) Digital menu esthetically pleasing and neat.<br />
• (10 points) Include dish info table below at the end <strong>of</strong> your menu.<br />
Reminder: a well-balanced <strong>Chinese</strong> meal should include vegetables, meat, choice <strong>of</strong><br />
beans/t<strong>of</strong>u, then a soup.<br />
