About the Student<br />
Declan Nichols( 林 德 恩 )began studying <strong>Chinese</strong> in the Mandarin Dual Immersion<br />
Program at Marengo Elementary in kindergarten. Declan is a non-native speaker; both <strong>of</strong> his<br />
