costs can happen due to market conditions. However, Fiki
Homes is here to guide you and help you understand the
home building process and how it works, so that you feel
prepared for the journey.

THE WARRANTY
At Fiki Homes, we take pride in holiding the highest
standards before, during, and after the home is built.
Fiki Homes offers the following warranty on all our homes:
1 YEAR
One year for workmanship and materials.
Full Warranty on appliances, manual labor included.
2 YEARS
Two years for plumbing, electrical, and AC.
10 YEARS
Ten years for major structural components of the home.
The warranty provided on all our homes only covers defects; any issues considered “wear and
tear” are not covered. The builder will repair or replace those elements or components of the
home that do not meet the standards during the applicable Warranty period based upon the
expected level of performance described in these as outlined in the Express Limited Home
Warranty and Performance Standards.
