Hi <strong>Dirt</strong> And <strong>Trail</strong> Magazine.<br />
We started the PE Trials club going about a year ago. We approached the<br />
Council just before lockdown <strong>and</strong> secured a nice piece of ground in a valley<br />
for a practice area.<br />
We then secured a nice farm just outside Uitenhage to hold competitions,<br />
we attract riders from the garden route as well as East London.<br />
The idea is to grow the sport here <strong>and</strong> take part in local competitions as well<br />
nationals for those who are brave enough.<br />
Last year at the JHB nationals in November 2020, Tony Orrey, his daughter<br />
Jessica <strong>and</strong> I went all the way up to JHB to compete.<br />
The aim is to have fun <strong>and</strong> improve our riding skills.<br />
We recently held our first Trials competition in Port Elizabeth, had 14 Riders<br />
competing so not too bad for the first one.<br />
