Here Is Everything You Need To Know!
It’s time to prepare yourself for a fantastic 2 days of learning and growth at our first Hybrid event on 16th – 17 th
July....Congratulations on registering your place at this exclusive event! We are extremely excited to have you
join us virtually for the event.
Pre Event Preparation
First, a reminder of all the details and logistics.
When?
Day 1: Friday 16 th July
Registration Time: 8:30am
Event Timings: 9am – 6pm BST / 3am – 12pm CDT (approx. finish)
As BJ Palmer once Said; “Don't Take Yourself Too Damn Seriously”, so we encourage you to
join us in dressing up as your favourite Star Wars character that evening and let your hair
down a bit and celebrate your business wins and the fact we are all together again!
Day 2: Saturday 17th July
Event Timings: 9am – 5pm BST / 3am – 11am CDT. (approx. finish)
There will be several short 10-15 minute breaks during the event, with an hours break for lunch on both days.

The Mastermind will take place via Zoom and you will be sent 2 separate links, one for Friday and one for
Saturday. These will be sent out 24 hours before the event and again the morning of, on both days, so please
keep an eye out in your inbox and if you have any problems logging on to Zoom please email

1) Energy!
If you're coming to my mastermind, by now you probably guessed that this is not a place for the “I'm just
going to sit in the corner and not participate types”. I want YOU to win, and win big and if there is
anything I've learnt in my career, it is that the person or group with the highest energy ALWAYS WINS!
I just want ya to win, TRUST ME, It starts with your energy!
2) Statistics!
Those in my Platinum Mastermind will tell you just how much we focus on the numbers. This is no
different, if you're disciplined to at the very least show up to the event with some highlights from a
numbers perspective you will almost certainly gain more from the event.

*You are welcome to keep your numbers confidential if you so choose to on the day. Most share them willingly as
that's where the greatest growth comes from, but the choice is yours!
3) Give Table Item!
We are very excited to bring back our ‘Give Table’!!
WHAT'S A GIVE TABLE?
As a participant of the event, we ask you to bring a highly valuable ASSET from your business to share
with the group. This is always a massive value add and is, in my opinion, worth the entire year's
membership fee alone!
The idea is that each participant will bring something of incredible value that is laid across a specifically
allocated table for the entire event. YOUR JOB IS TO SHAMELESSLY COPY COPY COPY!
We ask all attendee’s virtual and live to send a photo or PDF to Megan prior to the event and we can
then collate a give table pack for you.
Some suggestions are: An amazing email reactivation series, Facebook advert copy and creative that
worked incredibly well, a text message that improved show up rate, a new welcome pack that you have
just updated, a new interview process with supporting job advert etc, your screening documentation you

have been using to get incredible results, an in house screening procedure that's made a huge
difference to sign ups etc etc etc etc MAKE IT JUICY!
4) Massive supportive Heart for our Hall Of Fame Presenters
A handful of participants have been picked to present their Hall Of Fame Inner Circle Story. Over 40
participants entered the competition when it was first announced and it is a BIG DEAL to have made it
this far. The winner will win a trip to America for 2 worth $10,000. Each mastermind participant will be
asked for two things. Firstly to support each presenter with a massive heart, loud cheers banners and
all! Secondly each mastermind attendee will be asked to vote to choose the winner. GET EXCITED…
the stories are not only incredible to hear but also totally insightful and an incredible learning
opportunity!
What to expect!
At the event you will be able to see me and the stage area at all times, including the live participants and guest
speakers. Please ensure that your CAMERA IS ON, so that I can see and talk to you and so can everyone else!
And lastly, if you can ensure that you are in a quiet location for the event, with good wi-fi, and are away from any
distractions so that you can make the most of the 2 days, and learn as much as possible!!

Special Guest
John Smit
John Smit is a retired rugby union player who captained South Africa in their
successful 2007 World Cup campaign. He predominantly played his domestic
rugby at the Sharks but also enjoyed time at Clermont and the Saracens. He
retired from international rugby as the most-capped South African of all-time,
with 111 appearances.
After recovering from injury in time for the 2007 World Cup, Smit set his eyes
on guiding South Africa to world glory. South Africa dominated the tournament
throughout and made it to the final where they would play England. South
Africa won the match 15-6 to be crowned world champions. In 2008, Smit was
re-appointed as the South African captain and eventually went on to be the
most-capped captain in international rugby history. Smit retired from
international rugby in 2011 before announcing his retirement from all forms of
rugby in 2013.
He has built a great legacy for South African rugby. He has always shown a
strong personality and showcases great humour and passion for everything he
does, as a rugby speaker, he often discusses his legendary career, maximising
success and overcoming barriers.
