IGNITION’S 10 COVID-19 ATTITUDES

1. We are Ignition Family. Together we can defeat the COVID-19

virus and protect our workplace.

2. If we are unwell: We DO NOT report for work. We stay at home,

call our doctor and report to Line Management.

3. We will not blame or stigmatise any person, if infected or absent

due to COVID-19.

4. We will sanitise before and after touching any surfaces, wear our masks

correctly at all times, and follow Ignition’s mask guide.

5. We will present ourselves for daily screening at the entrance

(temperature check).

6. We will complete a daily health check with our supervisors.

7. We will practice social distancing in the workplace at all times.

8. We will keep our space clean at all times (workspace, pause areas, kitchen).

9. We will minimise movement in the office and use the designated areas.

We will keep track of people we come into contact with, to enable

tracing in case of any infection.

10. Take personal responsibility for sanitising our immediate workspace

before starting work. .

PRECONDITIONS FOR ENTRY INTO THE WORKPLACE:

• Every employee to wear a face mask.

• Maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres.

• All employees to undergo temperature scan upon access at the gate.

• Health Check questionnaire to be completed by line supervisor.

Case Management

LET’S LIMIT EXPOSURE

• Those who are at higher risk of serious complications caused

by COVID-19 include the elderly and those with serious chronic

medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and

lung disease.

• Limiting their exposure as much as possible to those who may

be sick or who may be carrying the disease is critical.

• Use other methods of connecting, such as over the phone

or through a video chat.

MINIMISING CONTACT

• If a problem is experienced or there is a query on the line or

at your work station, please advise your Supervisor or Manager.

Please do not move around and go to other lines.

• If you are at your desk and have a problem or query, please

mail or phone your Manager. Please do not move around

and go to other offices.
