JULY 2021

OVERVIEW

The Live well with HOPE project aims to reduce the negative impact of

COVID-19 by empowering people across Coventry, Warwickshire and

Rugby to self-manage their health and wellbeing, develop social

connections and peer-support opportunities.

Funded by NHS Charities Together, working in conjunction with University

Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire Charity, the project builds on an

existing evidence-based self-management intervention called the Hope

Programme.

OBJECTIVE

The project will deliver 22 free online and in-person Hope Programme

courses to support 750 people. Aimed in particular at those living with

long-term conditions, carers and those affected by long-COVID.

Anyone from across Coventry, Warwickshire and Rugby is able to book

and choose how to complete the Hope Programme. With online courses

available now and in-person groups beginning from October 2021.
