Welcome to Parkside Estates, one of southwest Ohio’s 

most exquisite new communities. We are excited to 

open our doors to thousands of show-goers who may 

be attending HOMEARAMA ® for the first time or the 

58th time. 

This Anderson Township community is bordered 

by the majestic Ohio and Little Miami Rivers and is 

surrounded by wooded hillsides and lush vegetation. 

Located in the prestigious Forest Hills School District, 

this Zicka Homes community includes 48 half-acre 

home sites. It’s easily accessible by I-275, close to the 

Anderson Towne Center, Coldstream Country Club, 

Coney Island Amusement Park, and Belterra Park. 

Five fully decorated, furnished, and landscaped homes are included in this 

showcase of the finest in luxury living. These custom, one-of-a-kind homes are

learned to take full advantage of our parks, trails 

and outdoor settings. That’s why it’s so fitting that, 

for the first time in 43 years, HOMEARAMA® is back 

in Anderson Township. This is a community that celebrates outdoor living, 

with more than 2,800 acres of green space, lush parks, and open spaces. 

Inside one of its neighborhoods, with a name as fitting as Parkside Estates, 

HOMEARAMA® builders have carried on this community’s traditions. 

Each of the homes provides its owners with plenty of outdoor options 

ranging from expansive screened-in decks with built-in fireplaces to covered 

patios and outdoor kitchens. One features a cleverly designed window which 

turns an inside pub room into an outdoor bar, another showcases an inviting

Beechmont Avenue/Amelia. Turn right on OH-125, 

turn left on Eight Mile Road, turn right on Hopper Road, 

turn left onto Parkside Lake Drive and follow signs to 

HOMEARAMA ® parking. 

From I-275 heading North/East, Take Exit 72 to US-52 

West/Kellogg Avenue. Turn right (East), continue on 

Kellogg Avenue, passing Belterra Park Cincinnati (Friday 

– Sunday remote parking/shuttle lot), and stay in right 

lane for US-52 East ramp toward New Richmond. Turn 

left onto Asbury Road, turn right onto Hopper Road, 

turn right onto Parkside Lake Drive and follow signs to 

HOMEARAMA ® parking. 

PLEASE NOTE: We STRONGLY suggest you check the 

Riverbend Music Center schedule www.riverbend.org 

before heading to HOMEARAMA ® if coming from I-275 

heading North/East. If there is a concert, traffic will be 

very heavy prior to and after the concert. We would also 

suggest if there is a concert you take EITHER Exit 69 Five 

Mile Road, turn left onto Five Mile Road, turn right onto 

Old Five Mile (traffic signal), turn right onto Forest Road, 

turn right onto Asbury Road, turn left onto Hopper Road, 

turn right onto Parkside Lake Drive and follow the signs to 

HOMEARAMA ® parking OR take Exit 71 for US-52 East 

toward New Richmond. Turn left onto Asbury Road, turn 

right onto Hopper Road, turn right onto Parkside Lake 

Drive and follow the signs to HOMEARAMA ® parking (this 

exit can back up quickly too during a concert). 

PARKING 

Ticket price includes free on-site parking with approximately 

700 parking spaces located on grass lots with a 

gravel drive. Should on-site parking fill up, you may be 

directed to Belterra Park Cincinnati (6301 Kellogg Road, 

Cincinnati, OH 45230). A clearly marked, HOMEARAMA ® 

200-space parking area will be available on Friday, 

Saturday and Sunday ONLY. An air-conditioned 30 passenger 

bus will carry show-goers the short 7-minute 

drive from Belterra to the HOMEARAMA ® gate. You 

might want to enjoy the casino before or after you visit 

the show. 

The HBA, Belterra Park Cincinnati, HOMEARAMA ® or the 

developer are not responsible for valuables left in cars, 

muddy cars or muddy shoes. If it is raining, or has rained, 

you can assume the grass lots will be muddy on-site and 

you should plan accordingly. 

DETAILS 

Delicious food, beer and wine will be available daily. Belterra 

Park Cincinnati and LaRosa’s will have food trucks at 

HOMEARAMA ® . Cowboy Cones will feature ice cream, beverages 

and other concession items. A restroom trailer will be 

available on site. 

No strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames 

are permitted in the show homes. No pets are permitted 

within the show site, except for service animals (documentation 

is required for service animals). We suggest 

you wear gym shoes or flat shoes. There is a considerable 

amount of walking at the show and there are steps in 

most of the homes. 

HOMEZONE EXHIBIT TENT 

Check out the newest home products in the HomeZone 

Exhibit Tent at the entrance to the show which will include 

over 15 vendors.

Please be aware that the homes being shown in the HOMEARAMA ® home show are not handicap accessible. The 

homes are privately owned, built for general marketing and resale purposes to the general public. Therefore, they are not 

required to be, nor can they be equipped for handicap accessibility. Only the handicap parking lot area, public restrooms 

and concessions are handicap accessible.

History 

Founded in 1793, Anderson Township was the fifth township 

in Hamilton County, originally bound by the Ohio 

and Little Miami rivers and extending into what is now 

Clermont County. The first settlement was believed to 

be located near the mouth of the Little Miami River as 

pioneers moved west from Green County, Pennsylvania. 

Government 

With comparably lower taxes and no payroll tax, Anderson’s

Anderson is financially sound and efficiently governed by

The Forest Hills School District is proud of its tradition

Entertainment 

The Coney Island/Riverbend/Belterra Park complex on 

the Ohio River is one of the most visited tourist spots in 

Ohio. Operating since 1886, Coney Island is home to the 

world’s largest recirculating swimming pool, holding more 

than three million gallons of water. Concerts at river’s 

edge on balmy summer evenings don’t get much better 

than at Riverbend Music Center, Cincinnati’s premier outdoor 

music venue. Belterra Park brings gaming, entertainment,
