simply made for the festive season. 

At our rural retreat set in 240 acres 

of picturesque parkland you’ll find luxurious 

rooms and suites, exquisite dining and a tranquil 

spa which offers the chance to do as much – 

or as little – as you like. 

A choice of festive activities means you can cosy 

up indoors with family board games and films, 

try your hand at some new activities, or head 

outdoors and breathe in the crisp wintry air 

with walks through the beautiful grounds.

and you’ll instantly feel at home. Warm 

colours and soft lighting create an atmosphere 

of relaxed elegance, while our deep copper 

bathtubs just beg for a cosy night in. 

For Georgian style with eccentric flair, the 

Mansion House offers elegant rooms and suites, 

while the self-contained Stables and Cottages 

retain the original feeling of the country estate, 

with the comfort and seclusion of your own 

private residence. 

And because no Christmas is complete without 

a touch of sparkle, we’d be delighted to 

decorate your room or suite with your own 

tree, for gathering around with the family on 

Christmas morning.

Your Christmas break 

Join us for a luxury three-night break this 

season and discover a real country Christmas, 

with plenty of fun festive activities to make 

it a year to remember. 

The celebrations begin on Christmas Eve 

with an indulgent afternoon tea and relaxed 

family board games, before an evening 

dinner and traditional midnight service 

at the local church. 

On Christmas Day, Father Christmas will 

pop by with gifts for the children, before 

the traditional Christmas feast is served 

with all the trimmings. In the afternoon, 

HM The Queen’s Christmas Broadcast 

will be shown at 3pm, before a relaxed 

supper with live music in the evening. 

The next day, Boxing Day is full of activities 

to entertain the whole family, from country 

pursuits to foodie masterclasses.

Prices shown are for two people for a three-night break, including VAT, accommodation,

Each additional guest (over 13) sharing the adults’ room is charged at £1,125.

From 3pm – arrive at your leisure to a 

warm welcome. 

Champagne afternoon tea will be served 

in the Drawing Room accompanied by 

festive singing. 

Children’s story time with Kellie Potter in 

the Oak Room. 

Family board games in the Garden Room. 

Christmas card-making activity for children. 

Three-course dinner at Restaurant Coworth Park 

or The Barn. 

Later, round-trip transfers to Holy Trinity 

Sunningdale for Midnight Communion Service, 

followed by hot drinks in the Drawing Room.

With its relaxed rustic charm, The Barn is 

a welcoming spot for cosying up next to the 

roaring fire after a long wintry walk. Housed 

in a beautiful converted barn overlooking the 

estate, it’s a place to enjoy the best of this 

season’s local produce, expertly transformed 

into a menu of flavoursome festive dishes. 

Drawing Room 

The Drawing Room is filled with sumptuous 

armchairs, roaring log fires and a beautiful view 

of the country grounds. Join us here for our 

award-winning afternoon tea, featuring fluffy 

scones, freshly-baked cakes and our pastry 

team’s signature festive pastries.

The celebrations begin on New Year’s Eve, with 

champagne afternoon tea, story time for the 

little ones and live music in the Drawing Room, 

before it’s time to dress for a celebratory dinner 

at Restaurant Coworth Park or The Barn. 

The next day unfolds leisurely with a delicious 

brunch, before a day of country pursuits. In the 

evening, we’ll treat you to a three-course dinner 

and live music until late.

for exploration. Kids will love meeting our 

friendly horses at the stables and taking 

horse-riding lessons around the grounds, 

while Coworth Park Kids offers plenty to 

keep them entertained, with fun games 

and activities. 

Nearby attractions include Windsor Great Park 

and historic Windsor Castle.
