THE NETHERLANDS SPORTS

Roughly 4.5 millions from 16 millions of

people who dwels in Netherlands,they are

registered for one of 35.000 sports clubs

of country ,over two third party of the

population who is older than 15 years ,they

do sports on weekend.

Soccer (Football) is discipline which has a

lot of fans ,it is followed by Hockey and

Volleyball in regard to team sports.

Tennis ,gimnastics and golf are the most

done in regard to individual sports ,also

some native sports of the Netherlands

such as fierljeppen (polsstokverspringen),

beugelen, kaatsen, klootschieten, kolven

and korfbal.

The society of sports began at the end of

century. The sports federations were

PSV has gained 8 cups plus 7super cups,

whereas Feyenoord has won 11 cups and 2

On the international level, Ajax has been

UEFA champions league winner four

times, once a champion of the European

cup winners’ cup, another event was

when it became a champion of UEFA cup;

in two events it was the champion of

Europe super cup plus another two

events intercontinental cup . For its part,

PSV has won the UEFA champions league

on one occasion plus another one the

UEFA cup and finally, Feyenoord has

gained one time UEFA champions league

and on one occasion it got

Intercontinental cup and another two

times the UEFA cup.

Hockey on the Grass

Hockey on the grass is also one of the

most practiced sport in the country, it is

one of the world’s strongest national

teams, historically.

The Masculine national team has

gained high outcomes through its

history ,becoming the best second

national team in the world’s

tournaments of hockey on grass

historically ,following Pakistan national

team which has won the tournament

four times .In the european tournament

of hockey on grass ,also it’s the best

second national team after having

gained the title on three occasion ,

because it has been defeated by

Germany team ,in turn ,is the best

second team in champions trophy

history as for amount of victories ,on

account of 8 obtained titles plus 9 title of

Germany team.

world’s tournament and European tournament. In the World cup, it has been

the winner for six times that it has defeat Argentina, Australia, and Germany;

also it has won the European competition six times, defeating only

trophy for six times as well becoming the second one of track records along

with Australia, following Argentina which has obtained title ,on seven

occasions.

In the Olympic games, Men’s national team got the Gold medal on two

occasions in a row, in the years 1996 and 2000; it is the fourth one in the track

record after India, Pakistan, and England. for the part of women's national

team has gained in three times the Gold medal, two silver medals, and three

bronze medals, becoming the leader of the track record.

Bicycling

the country, Jan Janssen and Joop

Why did you made a decisión to set a bakeshop up?

Ahead of time ,Thank you Adri for being here , I am glad ,it’s

exciting

I made a decisión to set my bakeshop up when I was

younger, I used to prepare them for my sons when they

were kids, subsequently, I executed other studies, I

focused on another career and things because I wanted to

ready myself, I assumed responsibility of rearing my sons;

I am a single Mum, but in my heart is the feeling of

cherishing all of this art.

I felt the need when my partner left me alone in 1998, I

started over again, I had the opportunity of working in a

confectioner's shop, from then on I learned

detailed things as for cake decoration then I

realized that I was able to develop what I

wanted it.

I gave time to my idea ; After arriving the

pandemic ,everything was complicated

,because I was not able to get my

confectioner’s shop off the ground ; I had to

stay in home ,making a few cakes , really ,I was

dull , I started to pray to God in order to he

gave me this business paving the way and

providing opportunities , in this

way,everything was changing, our Lord did

not only give me some blessings but a lot,

from then I began to do what I really loved .

After all, I showed all my Friends my product

in order to offer them, moreover, I realized

that some cakes were made of a lot of sugar,

well I decided to launch the line of sugar free

and gluten free; Also, I decided to launch the

line of canine and feline cakes, because I love

pets. I am so glad, people order my cakes

constantly; I have these three lines so far.

¿Sr. Leonel , how have you contributed your

wife’s vision about this business?

Sr Leonel, the support what I’ve wanted to

give my wife, it’s because I have an idea about

business vision,I dabble in the business field, I

love my wife, I noticed the way how she is

developing her talent through the

preparation of cakes, she actually makes

culinary products plus gourmet food

perfectly.

The cake is essential in all party ,just as

dessert in all ceremony and lot more if these

are made by a talented and experienced

person , so I interest in your business is

successful ,women have leadership ,;

sometimes they only don’t have the support ;

In my opinión my wife is a role model for a lot

of girls .

Adris, Adriana , you must feel blessed of

having your husband who supports you

How do you inspire another women?

Adriana ,I say where there is a will there is a

way ,we cannot limit us , sometimes to start

a business up takes time and money, but the

the important is to be clear about what one

wants to perform ,independently the kind of

business what you undertake; it is important

to start over ,I personally did not need to put

a lot of money in the making of cakes ,I

started to preparing them for my sons ,one

after the other ,the investmento was not

much.

men that want to learn about designing

going in any way , working from home.

For a long time, we had owned a

goldsmithing workshop in Venezuela,

where we used to design all kinds of

pendants or charms, but it was a hobby,

when I came to the United states my

cousin called me with the purpose of

starting up a jewelry shop and earn

income from home, afterward, we

decided to invest money to make a bank

transfer; all of the raw material was

imported from Venezuela,including

pendants, because everything was

handmade.

From then the inspiration rose to create

Venezuelan accessories designed with

the Venezuela flag, suddenly I started to

make other accessories up and other

clients ordered requests of different

motives, through their samples, my

business started to expand quickly and

this is the reason it has the name “from

Venezuela, For you”, because I have

started to make accessories and now we

have a lot of variety, by the way

We make accessories referring to Mexico

and the Dominican Republic and I am

grateful to God for my Latin clients.

This is has been my calm, when I am sad I

1- How has you been performing your business?,

what kind of meals is your business focused

on?R//Marcos, we try to make the difference as for

our meals would not be the same as other

mexican restaurants, we wanted to implement a

new way of service and our meal style, it is just

Mexican food but with American ,texan and

californian style ; they are specific courses, roasted

food over a Wood fire on the other hand ,our

beverages the Margarita Cocktail mixed with fresh

lemon juice and other handmade drinks ,we try to

prepare our food in grand way, at reasonable cost.

driana, It is amazing , I want to ask you , is there a

main course which identifies you all as a

restaurant?R// Marcos , There are a variety of

courses that our clients consume a lot here , but I

think our Fajitas are very popular here (Mexican

food: meat strips in tortilla), because they are

different , we prepare them over mesquite Wood

fire, especifically the meat and chicken are

chopped and prepared in the restaurant ,everyday

we cook them,then we marinated and done! ,

freshly made for our clients ,also the Margaritas

,these products make our restaurant famous.

2 - Adriana, Where did your idea appear from , in

order to set up your restaurant? Marcos, I am

experienced in restaurants , I am 32 years old , I

have always been in a restaura from I was 12 years

old , I have always wanted to own a restaurant

,because one slogs away too much , and once I

wondered why not work by myself . I did not want

to work for someone else anymore , It was hard to

be in charge for something that was not mine , well

, most time I spend in the restaurant , there are a

lot of tasks what I have to do but I enjoy them

.thank you God , I like everybody to be succed I

think if all of us care for this restaurant , we would

have success.

3- what place of Mexico are you from?

R//Marcos, I am not a Mexican, I was born in

California,I am from a town named Oakland, it is

located an hour from Los Angeles; my parents

come from 60’s when Vietnam war happened,

they love to pick fruit then they dedicated to

cooking, when The Mexicans and Japanese's

tournament was, he dedicated learning English;

after all, we came to Greenville SC we have been

for 30 years ago, I always wanted to set up my

restaurant and Erick assisted me a lot at the

beginning we opened up another restaurant then

we closed it because falling on hard times,

unfortunately, we only owned one, Adriana, Thank

you for being persistent.

4 - What is type of market are you positioning

your business in? And what kind of people comes

in?

R// most Americans,90% of our clients are

between 30 and 40, a few of Hispanos, the rest are

Americans because we are in a zone where

English speaker prevails, the Hispano casually

pass by and they delight our food, unfortunately,

the Hispanos rest and we as well on every Sunday.

In order to go the church some of them prefer to

take a nap or work out, we already have 18 years

of resting every Sunday and it has given us

success;Because some of the staff love to rest on

Sunday this is one of reason, they are still working

here.

Hello good afternoon my name is

Adriana Hernandez, manager of AH

business magazine with vision, it is a

magazine directed towards

businesspeople, at this moment I am in

SC state, where I started off with gala

events, later I relocated to Houston,

where the magazine began in 2018 with

the main goal of promoting all these

talented entrepreneurs, Hispanos as

many as Americans, People are just

starting up their business and other

people who already has a high career

about this, at this moment I am in

dancing academy know as Jaramillo’s

Latin dance I am alongside the owner, he

is an enterprising man I met him many

years ago and for me, it is a pleasure to

interview him.

Adriana, tell us where were you born and

how did dance passion arise?

Cesar, Hello Adriana, how are you?;

Thank you for the invitation, thank you

for being present. well, I am from

Medellin, Colombia (Envigado) I am 46

years old and my dance art started when

I was 12 years old, I used to dance

alongside my Friends in my

neighborhood, San Jose, in there, we used

to practice choreographies inventing new

dance steps.

We used to join together in order to

practice every Saturday’s afternoon and

that was the way it started, once during the

Mayor’s candidate's election, someone told

us that we could take part in this event,

making our choreography in front of

candidates; they loved it, then they

supported us by means of a dance

instructor, the girl began to train us in a

professional way.

I began to dance alonside her, by the way

she came into fruko y sus tesos’s video;

dancing a song named “que le pasa a lupita

(what happens to lupita), later we started to

dance in a proffessional way and I gained

scholarship of the culture house (casa de la

cultura ). Where I learnt several branches of

dancen , art , music, modeling ,culinaryand

and instruments , what I most liked was the

dance.

Later, I went to some boroughs of Antioquia

in order to make dance shows ; I carried on

improving my dance skills ,until I had the

opportunity of coming to United states.

Adrian, How long time have you been here?

Cesar , 23 years ago,I came to Greenvile Sc ,

I did not knew anybody but I did realized

that a cousin of mine was dwelling here , I

knew she had a dance group and these

people were not rhythm but the had spirit

of dancing and this was the reason to stay

here.

Well my dance academy is unique in

Greenville Sc we started training people to

dance the bachata, salsa, merengue, tango,

hip hop, and so on, we used to have two

dance instructors before the pandemic,

only one of them quit, we trained her as

dancer and choreographer, well now the

dance instructor who is with us is my

daughter, Casandra, she directs kids, she

choreographs contemporary jazz and hip

hop and I work the social part plus créate

choreographies for dancers who are

presenting in festivals here and different

shows.

Adriana, it is amazing, everything you have

done, congratulations on your hard work

and perseverance.

I this group, I met directors, I started as a

dance instructor, later we were invited to

96’s Olympics in Atlanta plus Jacksonville

and all festivals of Sc, we used to dance in

other cities several musical genres,

suddenly our group was disbanded

because each of one decided to go to the

university, well, I continued

choreographing dances by myself, I used to

be hired to choreography dances in events

of 15 years, then I choreographed dances for

some acquaintances and it turned out

right, after all, I was invited to take part in

the beauty contest.

How does your dance academy work,

3-How did the pandemic affect your

academy?

R// Cesar, It affected us, most of all our

dance training which is stopped, really it

has affected us too much, we only have the

30% of dancers who have come back to

dance academy, we were about 90

apprentices before the pandemic.

Everything is stopped up to the next year.

The universities which we went to present

our festivals such as Colombia Festival and

our annual gala, we have to postpone them

for the next year.

Actually, we are offering private dance

training because some people do not

want to be close to others, we are taking

measures to hygiene for people comes

calmly,now that we are managing

everything in accordance with the

government stipulations.

4-Do you think the dance helps us

de-stress?

Cesar, dance is the perfect formula in order

to overcome our sadness and depression,

dance means joy, you forget bad

experiences besides it is considered a

whole exercise for your body, the dance is

the best, the dance is music, dance relaxes

you. Music carries you to another level it is

scientifically proven that dance is the best

de-stressing.

I suggest all parents to take their sons take

dance classes, this helps the a lot.

Adriana, you are all right, dance is relaxing,

de stressing, it is nice, I like it.

1-Tell us who is Alejandro and how do you

execute you position?

Alex, I am a sales general manager in

Volkswagen cypress, I have worked as a

car trader for 13 years ago; last 6 years I

have been working Volkwagen

Company from the beginning of this

year, in Houston, I have visited this city

due to my this job in Volkswagen which

is considered as a Great Brand of the

authorized dealer.

This Company have more than 20 years

and this the fourth branch office what

we have acquired here, in The United

States.

Now the Company has SUB cars which

just were launched 2 years ago , this

product is terrific, good vans.

2-¿Adris, what car collection

commercialize?

do you

Alex, SUB, it is a family vehicle, in it can fit

roughly 7 to 8 passengers, the best of

Volkswagen is the new technology which is

being included inside these cars, by the

way, the people has not realized that

Volkswagen owns Audi which is a luxury

line, cost a bundle, the last two years

Volkswagen has been including the same

technology inside Audi vehicles without

paying the Audi cost, it is the best what we

have seen, I actually used to drive an

Audi car now I love to drive Volkswagen

cars, the computers in front of me, all top

of the range, I love it!.

Adriana, Good news, what you are telling,

the clients would invest in the purchase

of Volkswagen and Audi with the

incorporated technology cars, besides,

European cars are in demand for their

technology, the elegance, and the luxury,

by the way, a lot of car brands have been

trying to copy other European car

brands.

For example Jeta earns 28000 dollars.

3-Adris, Tell me what is the Volkswagen

career, Alex; they have a long time in the

United States just as our group who has

more than 20 years, actually, there is a

branch office in Utah and another one in

Kansas City where I really come from,

later, we had two branch offices more

here, and now, we stayed in this branch

office, our sales have doubled in less of

two years and we are setting up another

bigger store which would be working in

two years.

I Heard you tell that the pandemic had

not affected you all too much working as

a car trader.

Alex, they are roughly 60 employees

under my charge, I have my wife, a lot of

advertising for a month. a lot of people’s

lives not only my sellers’, my

mechanicals’, radio and tv, but we all also

have our families and the better is that

we have had to share with them during

good months and we have supplied

everything about it,, besides we have all

proper tools as for our services, we have

changed everything to take measures on

caution and the most important the

employees put food on their tables.

4- What type of financing do you

manage and what are the benefits

would motivate clients to purchase their

vehicles here?

Alex, we have good choices , because we

know people have lost their Jobs .

We have the 0% interest in new vehicles,

no payments per 3 or 4 months, up to 5

months in order to assist people does not

lose their jobs nor their cars and homes.

If a client has a car, it could be taken as

means of payment and help him, what

matters is that we afford people great

security.

Adris, it is a good strategy, it seems to me

great.

How can you inspire other enterprising

youngs to keep going?

Alex, for me someone as Hispano who has

the opportunity to get this position which

should be taken seriously. besides, for

Volkswagen and most sellers of this

Company, who are 25 years old, they never

had lived experiences like this, I am their

mentor them, I like to assist these guys to

keep going, and I always listen to them.

My routine is very important in the

morning ,we dislike to talk about negative

topics , we love personal growth stories.
