As a statuette!

Do you want beautiful slender legs? Within

one month you can make your thighs slimmer.

Do these exercises every day, and you will be

in great form!

1. Stand upright, the legs are slightly bent at

the knees, the socks are divorced, the arms

are lowered along with the corpus. On the

breath, squeeze the buttocks and draw in the

stomach without changing the position, exhale

and make a sharp movement of the pelvis

forward. Keep your back straight. Remain in

this position for 10-15 seconds.

Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Note: If you suffer from chronic diseases, then before

starting these exercises, consult your doctor.


2. In a standing position, inhale, and on

exhalation do lunge left foot forward, without

bending right leg, and not lifting your feet off

the floor. Keep your back straight. Stay in

this position for 10-20 seconds, then relax

and repeat the exercise with the other leg,

and so on 10 times.

3. Go down on all fours. The back is straight, the

stomach is retracted. Inhale, on exhalation slowly

raise the leg as high as possible. Take a deep breath

when you lower your leg. Repeat the exercise 10

times.


4. In the same position, inhale, on exhalation, lift

the right leg at right angles in the left. The socks

are stretched out. Continue stretching, trying to

raise your leg as high as possible. Inhale when

you lower your leg, and so 10 times. Perform the

exercise alternately with each leg.

5. Lie on your right side, lean head on bent hand

in the elbow

Keep your back straight, stretch your right leg,

bend your left leg in your knee, and your left

arm around your ankle.

Inhale, and on exhale raise your right leg,

squeezing your buttocks. Hold your foot in this

position, counting to five.

Repeat 10 times with each foot.

6. Lie down on your stomach.

Legs are straight, socks are elongated. Inhale

and on exhalation raise your left leg, while the

stomach is pressed to the floor. Repeat with

each leg 10 times.

Ordinary, unsightly at first glance, raw

spinach contains in its composition

a large number of various mineral

salts, various vitamins, as well as

microelements useful and necessary

for normal human life.


The composition of the spinach

plant:

- vitamins: A, group B, PP, C, P, D2 (indispensable

for the prevention of rickets);

- proteins - they are much more in spinach than

in other vegetables. In terms of protein content,

spinach from the "vegetable fraternity" has

surpassed only green peas;

- iron - an important element for maintaining the

composition of the blood, a significant increase

in the number of red blood cells, an increase

in hemoglobin and the defenses of the human

body;

- iodine is an indispensable element for the

human body. Spinach is the obvious leader

among the variety of vegetables, the leader in

its content, its use prevents premature aging,

has a beneficial effect on the functioning of

various body systems;

- a lot of other useful elements: magnesium,

calcium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc,

copper, selenium, manganese.


The special uniqueness of spinach lies in the fact

that all its useful properties, substances and trace

elements are preserved in it even after cooking

or conservation. This feature makes it possible

to use it as an additive to various dishes, which

is suitable for almost all people.

The beneficial properties of spinach contribute

to:

- ensuring regular replenishment of various

vitamins and minerals, preventing and treating

vitamin deficiencies, moreover, not only when

eating fresh spinach, but also canned spinach,

as part of the first courses;

- increasing the resistance of the human body to

various infectious diseases (the use of spinach

is recommended for both adults and children);

- strengthening of blood vessels (due to the

content of a large amount of vitamin C and other

elements);


- beneficial effect on the eyes, prevention of retinal

detachment, prevention of many eye diseases;

- significant improvement in the functioning of

the pancreas, normalization of digestion in both

adults and children;

- prevention of hypertension;

- stimulation of the intestines (spinach has a mild

laxative effect), normalization of metabolism in

people of any age;

- rejuvenation of the body, slowing down the aging

process of body cells;

- fight against various developmental disorders

of babies. Eating spinach is possible even for

newborn babies, and in some countries, mashed

made from the spinach plant are an obligatory

component of the diet of infants;

- removal of inflammation, edema (due to a weak

diuretic effect).

E. Great joy and great

emotions. I had never seen

the most beautiful dress that

I showed at the show and

therefore felt like a queen!.

show and some of them

became my friends.
