assessment, analysis and treatment plan
based on the results of your scan.
Using the data gathered from your footscan,
the team will design and order the world’s
first 3D-printed Phits insoles that are
custom-made to you and the results of your
Gait Analysis based on your dynamic data.

The MRI scanner is a vital part of our
hospital services with high demand
for patients locally and further afield.
MRI scanning is one of the safest and
most sophisticated imaging techniques
available today and can be used to
produce images of almost any part of the
body and can produce images from all
angles.
MRI is the investigation of choice in
the preoperative staging of rectal and
prostate cancer and has a role in the
diagnosis, staging, and follow-up of
other tumours, as well as determining
areas of tissue for sampling along with
investigating neurological cancers, and
many other conditions. You may also
have an MRI scan to check your blood
flow, check how a treatment is working,
or check a cancer stage.
MSK
The Musculoskeletal Assessment Service
offers rapid access to a Specialist
Physiotherapist for expert advice, and
a fast and accurate diagnosis and
assessment of any injury or ongoing
musculoskeletal problem related to the
hip, knee or shoulder.
The team will advise on the management
of your condition and if indicated
organise discounted diagnostic imaging
where necessary.
Any imaging will be reviewed and
discussed with one of our orthopaedic
consultants as part of the package of care.
This service includes:
• Assessment of your condition by a
Musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist
• A personalised plan of care and rapid
access to appropriate treatment
• Access to our Orthopaedic
consultants if required
• Discounted diagnostic imaging
(X-Ray/ MRI/ Ultrasound)
