WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Meet the Host
Aleisha Prather, The Blueberry Art Director, will
host you and your art the night of the event. She will
do everything to help you get the recognition of
being the featured artist of the evening.
Aleisha is a working artist with 15+ years of
experience with promoting artists and creating
shared artistic experiences with the public.
As a graduate with high honors from USF in Art
Education, specializing in sculpture installation, her
skill sets are diverse and contagious.

CONSIDER...
Here are a few points that must be
answered to consider your application.
Have you ever been to The Blueberry Patch?
Will you provide pictures of your work, past
vending setups and basic pricing?
Will you have a written description of yourself/artwork
for marketing?
What do you make and what do you want

Do you have social media links that we may
use to help promote you and your art?
Do you pledge to contribute your mark on

All work sold MUST be
handcrafted original or
duplicates of original
work (prints) &
NO commercial resales are
permitted!

THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT!
The Blueberry Patch will provide:
10 X 10 Canopy
Electrical Cords
Black Light (if needed)
Table/Chairs
See your host for any special request.
Schedule:
4:30PM - Load in
5pm - 7pm - Set-up
7pm - 11pm - Vending time
11:30pm - Break down
Everything borrowed must be returned to its stored location.
If any of the loaned equipment is damanged, you may be held
accountable to replace.
To avoid this, please see your host to assist in the take down of
canopy or art walls.
All tables must be returned to their stowaway home and chairs
distributed through The Blueberry Patch.
You must be sure your area is cleared of trash.
If you fail to accept responsibilty of any of these tasks, you will not
be poermitted to return as a vendor for future events.
Featured artist are hosted on the 22nd event of each month.
Applicants are only able to be hosted once in a calendar year.
Typically booked out 3 - 5 months.
Applicants must be approved to vend in advanced.
We do not permit unscheduled solicitaiton or on site sales.
(If you violate this, we will give ou one warning before escourting you off property and
temporarily banning you for the remainder of the event. You may return for future events.
However, the continued violation of the soliciting may result ina extended porbation requiring
additional volunteer hours and a written commitmen to uphold The Blueberry Patch's "no
Solication" regulations.

focused on promoting emerging artist!
