Mindful doodling is a form of creative meditation. It's<br />

also fun, stress-free and anyone can do it – no artistic<br />

talent needed! Join, artist Marloes Bakker-Marsden<br />

in this online workshop where you will learn how<br />

mindful doodling works and begin to create your own<br />

"pattern vocubulary". You will need: paper and your<br />

favourite pens. Zoom invite will be emailed to registered<br />

participants at least one hour prior to the session.<br />

Tai Chi is a recreational fitness system of flowing<br />

movements designed to exercise and develop the body<br />

and mind in unison. Literally translated, it means "great<br />

ultimate" art form. The movements are performed at a<br />

slow and dream-like pace, with deep concentration and<br />

natural diaphragmatic breathing to transport one into a<br />

state of tranquil relaxation.<br />
