Have yourself a merry little Christmas...
Baileys & Grand Marnier
with Ice Cream
Preparation time: 5 mins
Serves 2
Silky and smooth, this indulgent cocktail makes an impressive
after dinner treat.
Ingredients
50ml Baileys original
25ml Grand Marnier,
Cointreau can also be used
1 scoop Madagascan vanilla
ice cream
1 orange
Instructions
1. Pour the Baileys into a martini glass.
2. Add the Grand Marnier and stir till silky smooth.
3. Shape a scoop of ice cream into a quenelle
and place into the glass.
4. Twist a strip of orange peel and place on top
of the ice cream.
5. Serve and enjoy.

Make a batch of magic - with these fun
Cheese and Rosemary Stuffed Pastry Stars
for a savoury treat
Serves 8
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
375g ready to use puff pastry
1 medium egg
50g cheese, grated
3 pinches rosemary
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas mark 4
/ 160°C fan and line a baking tray with
grease proof paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and
cut out star shapes using a
cookie cutter.
3. Place them onto a baking
tray and egg wash the top of
each star.
4. Sprinkle cheese and rosemary
on top of each of the stars.
5. Cook in the oven for 10 – 12
mins until the pastry
turns golden.
6. Serve and enjoy.
How can you
tell that Santa
is real?
Tuck into a platter of bitesize mac and
cheese 'muffin pies' with a kick - great
for parties and movie nights with friends.
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to Gas mark 3 / 170°C / Fan
150°C and line a muffin tin with muffin cases.
2. Cook the macaroni as per the instructions
Serves 12
on the pack.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 35 mins
3. Cut the cheese slices into
small pieces and mix in with
Ingredients:
500g macaroni
6 slices chilli cheese
250g extra mature cheddar
2 eggs, beaten
180ml whole milk, warmed
150g breadcrumbs
the grated cheddar.
4. Drain the macaroni, add
the milk and beaten eggs,
stir until smooth, then add
most of the cheese (leave
enough to sprinkle on top)
and the chopped chives.

5. Spoon the mixture into
1 pinch salt
the muffin cases, pile the
1 pinch pepper
mixture high then sprinkle
with the remaining cheese
and breadcrumbs.
6. Place in the oven for 35 mins
or until golden brown on top.
