Mario’s Ice Cream is established on the foundation of using premium quality
traditional dairy milk sourced locally from our neighbourhood farms. The superior
quality of our milk commands a sumptuous and delicious flavoured luxury Ice Cream

Our dairy range of traditional Ice Creams uses
carefully selected first quality local cows milk
that ensures a consistency of high standards. The
cream rich milk is then prepared at our factory
where it is mixed with the various ingredients
and freezing stages to produce a desirable
combination of appetising flavour and texture. The
Ice Cream preparation will also undertake various
resting procedures that enhances the taste of the
finished product before being ready to be packed.

We use fresh milk sourced from our local friendly
farming family who supply the finest quality
assured milk. Their prize winning herd of Holstein
cattle are regular competitors at the Royal
Welsh show that assures the consistency of high
standards and animal welfare providing Mario’s
