ADVERSTISING TERMS<br />
The Seller reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of the<br />
Advertisement submitted. The Website Owner may reject or cancel any<br />
Advertisement for any reason which it believes in good-faith to be detrimental.<br />
All advertisements must be clearly recognisable with a trademark or the<br />
advertisers’ insignia. The Seller is not bound by any conditions appearing in<br />
advertising placed within the publication.<br />
Advertising and copy materials received by the Seller are presumed accurate and<br />
approved for publishing by advertisers and advertising agencies. The Seller will<br />
not be held responsible for production errors. The advertising agency, jointly and<br />
singularly, assume the liability for the payment and charges for materials published<br />
in the magazine or on the website at their discretion or on their behalf.<br />
Buyer grants the Seller a limited, non-transferable, nonexclusive license to copy,<br />
use, store, set up, publicly display, and transmit the Buyers Advertisement<br />
(including any trade names, trademarks and service marks shown) during the term<br />
of this Agreement and solely in connection with this Agreement. Upon<br />
termination of this Agreement, the Owner will remove the Buyers Advertisement,<br />
destroy all copies of it and cease further display of the Advertisement.<br />
Buyer retains all right, title and interest including copyright and other proprietary<br />
or intellectual property rights in the content of the Advertisement.<br />
An email confirmation of involvement confirming the package forms a binding<br />
agreement between the two <strong>com</strong>panies.<br />
CANCELLATION<br />
Cancellations must be received in writing within 7 days of booking. Cancellations<br />
after this period will incur a cancellation charge. In cases where<br />
features/advertisements are booked but usable copy materials do not reach TH<br />
<strong>Awards</strong> by the agreed deadline, space must be paid for.<br />
In the event payments are not made in a timely manner, Seller may, in addition to<br />
all other remedies provided at law, either: (1) declare Buyer’s performance in<br />
breach and terminate this Order for default; (2) withhold future shipments under<br />
this Order until delinquent payments are made; (3) charge interest on the<br />
delinquency at a rate of 1% per month (4) recover all costs of collection including<br />
reasonable attorney’s fees.<br />

Nominees notification and opt-in to Judging process<br />
(Nominees will be contacted via email to ensure that they are happy to be<br />
included in the process. Nominees are given the opportunity to provide<br />
information and submit materials to support their case).<br />
Information gather for judges considerations<br />
(Questionnaires will be will be made available to judges along with any<br />
other information gathered from review sites, social media and relevant<br />
web pages. A follow up nomination call may also be required).<br />
Judging process and Winners contact<br />
(Judges will deliberate, up to 10 <strong>com</strong>panies can <strong>com</strong>pete for any given<br />
category and all winners are considered for any categories they’ve ticked<br />
on the nomination form. All winners will be contacted directly and will<br />
need to accept their award win. Failure to adequately accept may result<br />
in the award being passed onto the runner up).<br />
