IthasbeenaVERYlongtimecomingandwecannotwaitto<br />
seeyousitingoutthereinouraudience.<br />
Thepandemichasbeendevestaingtotheartscommunity.<br />
Theatreshavebeenshutdownfornearly18months.When<br />
theywerealowedtore-openitwaswithreducedcapacity<br />
andrestrictions.Thisyearwewereunabletouseourusual<br />
venue,TheOakvileCentreforthePerformingArts.Sowe<br />
thoughtwhat’snot“traditional”butstilatheatre?Amovie<br />
theatre!Film.caCinemascametoourrescue.<br />
Thisyearwewereabletorecreatethemagicofmoviesandblenditwithlivetheatre.<br />
AhybridshowthatworkswonderfulyinaCinemaasourvenue.<br />
Safetyhasbeenourtopprioritythroughoutthisprocess.BOTG hasmadethe<br />
decisionthisyearthatalcastandcrewhavetobefulyvaccinatedtobepartofthe<br />
production.Maskshaveremainedonthroughouttheentirerehearsalprocess.When<br />
wegetonstagetheperformerswilbeunmaskedbutwehaveimplementedrapid<br />
testingofalperformersbeforeeachshow.<br />

“RENT”atTheOakvileCentreforthePerformingArtsApril6-10,2022.Thecastis<br />
