Cladtech International LLC was established in 2006. The Company has

its production facility in Ras Al Khaimah. It provides aluminum, glass,

doors and windows hightech curtain wall packages including project

management, design, production and installation complemented with

in house state of the art anodizing and powder coat finish.

Design and Build Capacity

The core business of CLADTECH INTERNATIONAL is the design and

manufacture of custom-made, unitized curtain wall panels each shift

per month. The Aluminum Curtain Wall factory can produce more than

55,000m2 of curtain wall panels each month. From concept design to

installation, each stage in the process is supervised by specialists as to

provide unique integrated technology solutions for architects, engineers

and developers.

• Up to 6 production lines with a capacity of 100 panels per line per

shift shift per day

• Total of 600 panels per shift per day

The area designated for Aluminium production is 16,500sqm.

The activities are:

• Machining of aluminium profiles

• Assembly of windows, unitized curtain wall panels and doors

• Manufacturing of aluminium/ steel panels

• Steel machining

Output: between 200,000 and 250,000 sqm per year with 1 shift

(10 hours per 1 shift)

SATELLITE XL 5 axes CNC machining centre

Designed for milling, drilling, thread-cutting and slotting operations, on bars or

work pieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel.

The factory has the latest technology for aluminium activities.

CNC machines for the cutting and machining of the aluminium profiles. Three

CNC centres are available.

All equipments are supplied by EMMEGI, one of the major companies of this

sector.

Professional and trained operators are running this department.

Designed for milling, drilling, thread-cutting and slotting operations

on bars or work pieces made of aluminium, PVC and light alloys in

ASSEMBLY LINES

Two fully automated assembly lines and one manually’ for the production of

windows frames and unitized curtain wall panels are in place.

The output capacity is 100 panels per line, shift / day.

The lines can also be used for the production of doors.

Automatic window robot machine (EMEGI Quadra XL) with the production

capacity of 750 frames of windows and doors per day.

Designed for milling, drilling, thread-cutting and slotting operations, on bars

or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel.

Wide application in tempered glass, laminated glass, and insulating glass

manufacturing.

Tempering line

The UGC Plus heating system incorporates a fast responding open

coil heater design. Individual turbocharger units located on the outside

of the heating chamber recirculate oven air and provide individual

convection control for both glass surfaces, as the radiant heating

system deposits heat according to measured pattern. Glass is heated

very fast but with a level of control that provides unique glass quality.

Output: 1500 sqm for 1 shift

A machine provides a consistent quality and high productivity.

Heat Soak

During the glass manufacturing process with a float method some nickel sulphide

inclusions can occur inside the panes. Variations in temperature increase the

possibility of a spontaneous breaking of the pane when nickel sulphide is present

thus causing potential damage to people, things or animals. In order to make

spontaneous breakage less likely, the glass should undergo the Heat Soak Test

process: the glass is maintained at a 290°C temperature for a stated period in order

to force any possible breaking.
