About Us
An industry leader in photo booths, we have been a wedding specialist
since 2011. We understand that your wedding day is the biggest day of
your life and there is one opportunity to make it perfect. We’ve earned
numerous awards from The Knot, Wedding Wire, Event Wire and Wedding
Channel.
Clear Choice Photo Booth was born and raised in the home of Rock and
Roll: Cleveland, Ohio. A natural place to find the perfect marriage of
creativity and technology, we’ve extended our reach to service nationwide
events. Our local office in Ohio City gives engaged couples the unique
opportunity to come check out our photo booths before deciding which
experience to pick for their wedding.
While the majority of our engaged couples prefer to do their planning via
email/phone for their photo booth, if you prefer to meet in person, we’d
love to see you! Our brand new office located in Ohio City is ready for you
to come check out our photo experiences before making final decisions.

Planning Timeline
Yay! You’ve checked off another thing by reserving your photo booth!
Here’s what to expect from Clear Choice Photo Booth next:
• Depending how early you are reserving, there may be some down time
between now and the final planning of your wedding photo booth. Because
we are here to match your wedding perfectly, we wait until the majority of
your other details are finalized to tie up our details.
• Around 6 weeks prior to your wedding, our graphic designer will reach out
for design details to create your photo overlay. You will be sent a proof for
your approval or to request changes.
• 30 days prior to your wedding, final payments to your balance are due.
• Once your overlay is complete, don’t forget your backdrop preference! We
love suggesting a backdrop that will compliment your wedding perfectly, so if
you’re unsure what will look best, give us a shout!
• Around this time you will also hear from us for logistical details. We will
provide the details we have and highlight anything that is missing. We may
also ask for a name and phone number for your contact at your reception venue.
• The week of your wedding we will touch base one more time to confirm all
details, just to make sure everyone is on the same page.
• Wedding day! Unless arranged otherwise, our staff will arrive onsite to begin
setting up 2 hours prior to the time you’d like the photos to start.
• Don’t forget to grab your new spouse and hop in front of our camera! Our
favorite shots of the night are you and your beloved getting goofy with us.
• The next business day following your wedding, we will upload your photos to
our permanent server and send you a link to view and download. We are committed
to providing perfect service and we’d love to hear how we did.

our Pop-Up Photo Studio will give your
guests the star treatment. Previously only
attainable by celebrities, we make this
service accessible to weddings.
Glam
For some Hollywood magic we ensure
great lighting, a crisp white backdrop and
a DSLR camera. Images are crystal clear
and our software adds a beauty filter
that smooths skin and creates a radiant
complexion.
Paparazzi
One photo on a 4x6 print is ideal for
showcasing the quality of this service. This
filter is also available in color or
black and white.
Motion
Dance, pose, be creative! Our staff will
ensure that you look good at every angle.
This service is great for custom creations,
promo vids, and creating moments your
guests won’t forget.
FX
An addition to your 360 video experience
is digital effects. These effects can be as
simple as slow motion, or as complex as
jump cuts and color changes. Our team
will take your experience to the next level
with the addition of video FX.

How much space do you require?
Most of our booths require only a 10’x10’ area within 25’ of a dedicated outlet.
Does an attendant operate the photo booth?
Every package includes a fun and professionally trained attendant.
What size prints do you offer?
We offer your choice of 2x6 or 4x6 prints with our photo booth packages. For an
additional charge we can print 6x6” square prints, 5x7”prints, or oversized 6x8”.
Do you set up outdoors?
Yes! We just require the same space and electrical requirements as above, plus
a few more just to keep everything safe: a suitable shelter away from direct sun,
rain, and wind will need to be provided. And in case of inclement weather, we
also request a backup setup location plan just in case.
How many photos can we take?
As many as you can and as quickly as you can take photos! We do not limit
number of photos or charge per photo.
How many people can fit in frame?
Our open style booths can fit more than enclosed booths of the past.
Comfortably, 6 adults can fit within one photo. If friends can really squeeze
together, we have also seen groups of 10-15 within one photo.
Can we include our own props or backdrops?
Yes ofcourse, our packages include digital props. However we can add physical
props at an additional cost. We always welcome our weddings to provide their
own props, and build their own backdrops. Working with a florist? No problem we
will gladly collaborate with them to make sure your photos are perfect. We ask all
custom backdrops be 8’ x 8’ and avoid using vinyl fabric.
Can we share our images to Instagram?
All of our packages will include digital delivery of photos to your guests. After
they snap their photo, they will have the option to text or email their picture or
GIF to themselves for social sharing. Our software also has the ability to convert a
GIF to a video file for Instagram sharing.

The Editorial Studio boasts our highest standard of portraits for your guests
with an artistic edge. Professional posing, studio lighting and light on-site retouching
are only a few features of this fun, new experience. High quality prints
