STAFF WELLBEING<br />

It is extremely important for us to look after<br />

staff here at <strong>Jangro</strong>. To ensure this we have<br />

appointed a Welfare manager to ensure<br />

everyone is safe and happy.<br />

SUPPORT<br />

Supporting local communities is something<br />

we encourage strongly at <strong>Jangro</strong> and<br />

staff members help with ‘gift & gain’ days<br />

throughout the year to a charity of their choice.


Macmillan<br />

We are thrilled to have reached our fundraising goal for Macmillan<br />

Cancer Support, to help them support people living with cancer.<br />

<strong>Jangro</strong> members have undertaken many varied fundraising<br />

activities in a bid to meet this target. Sponsored walks, cycle rides,<br />

triathlons, marathons, raffles, auctions, and coffee mornings have all<br />

contributed to raising this incredible sum of money.<br />

<strong>Jangro</strong> CEO, Joanne Gilliard, said: “We are immensely proud to have<br />

raised such a phenomenal amount of money for this very worthy<br />

charity. We have received fantastic support from all the <strong>Jangro</strong><br />

members, staff, customers, and group suppliers and I would like to<br />

say a huge thank you to everyone for their amazing efforts. £100,000<br />

is an astonishing achievement and you are all awesome.<br />
