<strong>Bernhard</strong> <strong>Mund</strong> had his first experiences with Communication cables in 1968, when he was<br />
Trainee as Radio- and TV Technician.<br />
After his studies <strong>of</strong> Communication- and Microprocessor- Technologies he joined the<br />
manufacturer <strong>of</strong> Communication cables, be<strong>de</strong>a Berkenh<strong>of</strong>f & Drebes GmbH, Asslar,<br />
Germany, in February 1985. As R&D manager he is responsible for the Research and<br />
<strong>de</strong>velopment <strong>of</strong> Communication cables as well as for the RF & EMC laboratories.<br />
<strong>Bernhard</strong> <strong>Mund</strong> has excellent experience in standardisation as a member <strong>of</strong> various German,<br />
European and International Committees and Working Groups for more than 17 years.<br />
His first meeting <strong>of</strong> IEC SC 46A was in June 1990 in Helsinki.<br />
