Welcome

Woodbridge and DMCC once again would like to welcome you to the Blaxhall Circuit

in Suffolk for the Revo ACU MXGB British Motocross Championship fuelled by Gulf

Race Fuels. The sandy circuit at Blaxhall near Woodbridge, Suffolk features a flowing

layout which uses its natural changes in elevation to create an exciting race circuit

for both riders and spectators.

Blaxhall has played host to a number of British Championship events in the 90's and

the early 00’s, before becoming a regular venue of the ACU British Championship

once again in 2015.

Since 2015 the well-presented venue at Blaxhall has produced exciting racing and

has seen the club named ‘Organiser of the Year’ for four consecutive years from

2016 to 2019, when the club last held a round of the championship where Tommy

Searle and Josh Gilbert took victory.

The club, originally founded in late 1956, started life off as the Rendlesham and

District Club. The club’s name changed from the Rendlesham Club to Woodbridge

DMCC in 1966 when the club held its first Scramble at the Blaxhall, that the club is

extremely lucky to now own this fantastic venue.

Since the club’s involvement in the ACU British Championship in 2015 the club has

gone from strength to strength and regularly hosts events for 200 riders and is one

of the top ACU motocross clubs in the country. As a club we are continually looking

to improve our venue and facilities to make everyone’s attendance at Blaxhall a

more enjoyable experience meaning the preparation and planning never stops from

year to year.

For the 2021 event the club have once again been busy making changes to the track

layout, including track modifications and a new work area for the teams’ personnel.

Many will be hoping for a repeat of the 2018 event when club member Jake Nicholls

took a double race win ahead of Elliott Banks-Browne as the local pairing finished 1 st

and 2 nd Overall.

Obviously, today's event would not be possible without the kind support of our

event sponsors, including GH Motorcycles, G & B Finch Ltd, Foxwood Trade and

Steve Lumley Planing Ltd and supporters Ernest Doe.

Woodbridge & DMCC Ltd would like to thank all our sponsors, the hard-working club

members, friends of the club for their countless hours of dedication over the years

and the local landowners and neighbours of the circuit for their support of the

event.

If you would like to find out more, visit the club website at

www.woodbridgemcc.co.uk or ‘Like and Follow’ us on both Facebook and

Instagram. We hope that you have an enjoyable day here at Blaxhall.
