Drawing for Kids
In a fun and open-ended environment, students draw from
life and from their imaginations as they learn techniques like
shading, perspective, and proportioning. Young artists leave
the camp with a set of technical drawing skills that make
them feel excited and empowered to continue making art.
This is a wonderful camp for kids who love to draw!

Printmaking
Design, carve, print, repeat. Create unique works of art using
a variety of different printing methods. Explore techniques
such as simple stamping, relief printing using Lino blocks,
to the more spontaneous method of mono printing, which
allows the artist to draw paint and manipulate the ink with a
more expressive approach to imagery. This class is perfect for
beginners and the more experienced printer who wants to go
deeper into the process.

Ceramics
Campers will spend two weeks transforming clay into
decorative and sometimes useful objects. Campers will learn
pinching, coiling, and slab building—the three main
construction techniques for clay—as well as decorative and
glazing techniques in order to bring their ideas to life. Our
professional ceramics artists will share tips and tricks for
working with clay—all in a fun and creative environment.
