DRAGONFLY STORY<br />
<strong>HKA</strong>’s mascot is the dragonfly. The<br />
dragonfly was initia ly selected by<br />
sch o leadership in th earl years of<br />

the mascot, developed various ideas<br />
for potential mascots and then voted<br />
to selec the sch ol’s mascot going<br />
forward. The dragonfly was the clear<br />
choice for several reasons. Students<br />
fel that it reflected <strong>HKA</strong>’s<br />
commitmen to diversity, as there are<br />
more than 300 varieties of<br />
dragonflies in Hong Kong, making<br />
Hong Kong’s dragonfly one of the<br />
most diverse in the world. The<br />
