The Humber Royal is located in the Great Coates area of Grimsby, just minutes away from the hustle and bustle
of Grimsby Town Centre and a short drive away from the main access routes making it simple for your guests who
are not familiar to the area to find.
With the fairways of Grimsby Golf Club offering a perfect backdrop to our terrace and gardens, you can be sure
of some wonderful photo opportunities and amazing views for your guests.
Why are we one of the most popular wedding venues in Northern Lincolnshire? Well that’s because we offer so
much flexibility for our couples. Rather than you having to fit your wedding into a ‘one size fits all package’, we
can give you the wedding you want in any way you like; offering a blank canvas to suit any theme, colour or style
in an array of size and space options which can make any number of ceremonies and celebrations feel intimate
and special.
All our wedding rooms are licensed for Civil Ceremonies and offer flexibility depending on your requirements.
To answer your questions and ease your worries, you can count on our in-house Wedding Co-Ordinator to help
you plan your wedding every step of the way and to ensure that everything goes perfectly on your day, they’ll also
be by your side from your arrival to late in the evening.

THE PERFECT PLACE FOR
Your Civil Ceremony & Reception
The beauty of our wedding spaces is that they are extremely flexible and can be changed to accommodate your ceremony,
wedding breakfast and evening reception. All our event rooms are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies, leaving you to make
the simple decision of which room is best suited to you.
With a choice of options and room sizes, all our suites are air conditioned and of course private bars are either in place
dependant on the room you choose or can be set up subject to additional charges.
We also have ample car parking for all your guests (100 spaces) and of course offer 58 contemporarily designed bedrooms
to accommodate all your family and friends with many of our bedrooms offering balconies with spectacular views over
Grimsby Golf Course.

YOUR ‘ROYAL’
Wedding Day
The Royal Suite is our largest event room and is perfect for up to 150 guests for a civil ceremony, 150 guests for
your wedding breakfast and can accommodate up to 250 guests for the evening reception. Complete with
terrace area and outside seating through the patio doors, it also benefits from its own private bar as well as
having a private entrance and lounge area with comfortable seating for those moments when you just need to
“take 5 and relax” away from the main celebrations.
For slightly smaller weddings, the Royal Suite can be partitioned and made into 2 rooms. These are the Humber
Suite which benefits from the private entrance, lounge area and bar area and the Terrace Suite which offers
the benefit of access to the terrace area and outdoor seating area. Private bar facilities can be provided in the
Terrace suite for an additional cost.
With views over the golf club, our Links & Fairways Suite is located on the 1st floor of the hotel and is the perfect
sized suite for more intimate civil ceremonies and celebrations with a capacity for private dining of up
to 20 people.

guests to stay. Our 58 rooms are light and airy, decorated in a contemporary, boutique style including superior
rooms overlooking the golf course. Book 10 or more rooms with us and we can discuss a specific wedding rate for
your wedding guests.
Why not meet up with family and friends the night before your wedding and enjoy a meal in our Brasserie
Restaurant which offers an informal yet stylish dining experience with unrivalled views over the golf course?
Our menu is based on locally sourced ingredients and changes to reflect the season. Our Brasserie is open for
breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner.
