“The best way to predict the future is
to shape it yourself”
this quote by Alan Kay is a good way of describing one of
the cornerstones of VIEROL AG. Since it was founded in
1977, the company has always taken the future into its own
hands, rather than waiting for others. This also includes a
strong commitment to initial and further training as well as
constant investment in the company itself.
Around 20 million euros were recently invested in expanding
the logistics side of our business. With the construction
of the WERK II logistics centre and the permanent expansion
of digitalisation, VIEROL AG is once again shaping its
own future. Virtual connections to the warehouse, high
availability of goods and optimised logistics processes
make us very optimistic for the years ahead.

VIEROL AG is a successful international specialist for
electronic components and engine management in the
automotive sector. We supply more than 43,000 highquality
vehicle parts to 125 countries on all continents.
The product portfolio of our quality brands VEMO, VAICO
and ACKOJA extends from EGR valves to timing belts.
As an owner-managed family company with headquarters
in Oldenburg, Germany and subsidiaries in Shanghai and
Singapore, we guarantee mobility worldwide with our
automotive replacement parts.
VIEROL AG was founded in 1977 by Jürgen R. Viertelhaus.
Since then, the Oldenburg-based company has grown
continuously and become firmly established on the market
as an international specialist for electronic components
and engine management.
Since 1 January 2016, the family-owned company has
been managed by Mirja Viertelhaus-Koschig, daughter of
company founder Jürgen R. Viertelhaus.

The core business sector of VIEROL AG is the Automotive
Division. We are a specialist in international independent
parts trade. Our replacement parts for cars and light trucks
are available on the market under brands VEMO, VAICO and
ACKOJA. Our range encompasses over 43,000 automotive
replacement parts. We cover numerous automotive brands
and models. All three brands stand for high quality, in terms
of both products and customer service.

The VIEROL Academy is VIEROL AG’s training and presentation
centre. Covering a surface area of 370 m², it was
opened in June 2018 and is located next to the logistics
centre at the Oldenburg-Nord motorway junction.
Repair solutions made for garages
In the VIEROL Academy we develop innovative garagefocused
repair solutions which are offered in the EXPERT
KITS+ section. They save time when identifying and
procuring spare parts. EXPERT KITS+ solutions include all
the necessary components for professional, timely repairs.
We are constantly expanding our product range with new
product groups and taking account of new technologies in
digitalised vehicles.
Training & presentation
The VIEROL Academy is for both our customers and our
employees. State-of-the-art media technology is used
for live-stream transmission of our training courses and
