The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise
and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the
BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities
and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly
equipped fitness room with cardio and strength training machines
(bikes, treadmills, weight bench, kinetics equipment) as well as a
YogaROOM and large rooftop relaxation area.
A weekly programme of sport activities rounds off the experience in
the most scenic of all gyms – nature. The programme offers a choice
of indoor and outdoor activities that change on a daily basis,
including workouts, yoga, Pilates, and meditation and breathing
exercises.
The updated weekly programme is available for consultation on our
Guest app.
PERSONAL COACHING
Are you seeking to tone up your figure or improve your athletic performance?
Would you like to finally say goodbye to that nagging
back pain or regain your full mobility? One of our personal trainers
will be at your side to devise a personalised workout programme

scientific advances, they will provide the guidance you need to
maximise results.

BalanceSAUNA
& pools
Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to
sit back and regenerate.
As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities offer a varied experience,
including a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events
and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium
with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down.
The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation
corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake
from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m2 bathing lake,
with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with
depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing
swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also
an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the
year-round heated outdoor pool (25 m in length).

To ensure the widest possible choice of dates
and times for your treatments, we recommend
making your spa appointment in advance –
preferably upon booking your stay.
CANCELLATION AND LATENES
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking,
please notify us as soon as possible to
minimise any inconvenience. Appointments can
be cancelled or rescheduled for free up until
24 hours before treatment. After that time, any
changes, cancellation or no-show will result in
the treatment being charged in full.
Please be aware that if you arrive late to your
appointment, we may have to shorten your
treatment time (non-refundable) out of consideration
for the following guests.

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment time.
PREFERRED THERAPIST
Please be aware that both male and female
spa therapists work on our spa team. If you
have preferences in this respect, or wish to be
treated by a specific therapist, please make

We take expectant guests into special consideration.

For spa treatments, please show up to your
appointment wearing a bathrobe and no

about 0,50 – 1,25 metres deep. It is, therefore,
only suitable for use by strong swimmers.

of accidents resulting from minor or gross
negligence or failure to exercise due care
