electronic form. For instance, through planting of trojan horse into target computers by copying operation of Udisk
and sending electronic mails and transmission of electronic documents on the internet, confidential
electronic files can be stolen away. If staff members in an enterprise intentionally carry on stealing, the
enterprise will be impossibel to defend effectivley, because staff members have many opportunities and
